Gag: 'View' Hosts Treat Biden to Gooey, Sympathetic Interview

Joe and Jill Biden appeared on The View Thursday, where they were treated to 100% gooey, softball questions in a show that looked more like a campaign rally than a media interview. While other 2020 candidates have gotten a mixture of questions from the hosts, it was clear that they weren’t willing or allowed to ask tough questions of the 2020 presidential candidate.

Berman Bows to Jill Biden: 'Hunter Is the Heart & Soul' of the Family

There is going soft on Democrats, and then there's just embarrassing. On Monday's New Day, CNN anchor John Berman repeated Jill Biden back to herself that "Hunter is the heart and soul" of the Bidens. He never mentioned the word "Burisma" or "Ukraine," and definitely didn't explore the "heart and soul" and his drug problems and egregious sexual misbehavior.

In a softball interview with Jill Biden Tuesday morning, wife of former Vice President and 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden, NBC’s Today show co-host Savannah Guthrie worried if President Trump was a “threat to the very essence of this country.” The anchor also fretted that Biden’s husband would be the victim of “nasty” attacks and invited her to label Trump a “bully.”
