After initially ignoring the ABC News/Washington Post poll showing bad approval ratings for President Obama and Hillary Clinton, Thursday’s Good Morning America finally noticed the Clinton numbers 48 hours after the poll was released. Co-host George Stephanopoulos noted: “...and a new challenge for Hillary Clinton, too, as her poll numbers take a dip.”

If his 2012 presidential run is any indicator, Rick Perry’s jump into the 2016 presidential race will bring about a flurry of the liberal media’s favorite pejoratives to hit Republicans with. Racist? Anti-science? Religious bigot? Gun nut? Heartless cutter of programs for the poor? You name it, the former Texas governor was called it by his haters in the leftist press. 

On Wednesday, ABC’s Good Morning America and World News Tonight neglected to cover the results of the latest ABC News/Washington Post poll that found Hillary Clinton’s personal ratings are still tumbling along with President Barack Obama’s approval rating which a Post article described as being “well behind historic norms.”

A new poll conducted by Rasmussen Reports found that 76 percent of Americans and even 58 percent of Democrats support voter ID laws across the country. Given that polling has repeatedly shown wide support for photo ID, will the media acknowledge this public support?

In a surprising change of pace, ABC on Friday actually covered an Atlanta man who defended himself with a gun to stop a carjacking. NBC's Today completely ignored the story, despite a four-hour running time. CBS This Morning allowed a scant eight seconds on the story. 

On Sunday’s Good Morning America, following a story about two long-lost sisters meeting each other for the first time while attending Columbia University, co-host Paula Faris wound up summarizing pro-life beliefs: “I love that the mom – she’s met one of the daughters – but she said, ‘I'm glad that I chose to give them a chance at life,’ too. Because she was a teen mom.”

You know you're in trouble if you're a liberal TV host and a reporter with the far-left Huffington Post demands you receive the same punishment as NBC News anchor Brian Williams: suspension “for six months without pay and his future cast in doubt.” That's what Denny Dressman called for in an article entitled “The Stephanopoulos Verdict: Nothing Less Than Williams Got.”

NBC's Today show on Friday completely ignored the revelation that the Clinton Foundation failed to report over $26 million dollars in donations. ABC's Good Morning America allowed a scant 20 seconds on the topic. CBS This Morning focused on the unfolding Clinton scandal in general, but didn't specifically report on the latest news. 

Journalists on all three networks, Wednesday, covered Hillary Clinton talking to reporters for the first time in a month. Yet, ABC's Good Morning America managed to do the story without any Republican critics and with George Stephanopoulos returning to anchor the segment.
