Friday’s broadcast network morning shows were in a jovial mood as they celebrated a “big win” and “milestone” for America as President Biden and congressional Democrats are set to vote on their “historic” and “massive economic plan” they claim will lower inflation, help save the planet, make prescriptions cheaper, and increase taxes.

Far-left media outlet The Young Turks called President Joe Biden’s mammoth climate bill “weak-sauce garbage” and whined that “conservative Democrats” were ruining the green agenda.

Thursday’s CBS Mornings followed yet another segment extolling Kansas voters for defeating a pro-life referendum by similarly cheerleading leftist spending in Congress through the so-called “Inflation Reduction Act” and fretting that Senator Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) “could torpedo the whole plan.”

It’s 23 days until college football season starts, and inquiring minds want to know who will make it to the postseason playoffs and who will win the Heisman Trophy, but a USA Today sports writer could not be bothered to address these or other, you know, football issues; he is way too busy spewing hot air about college football’s alleged greatest threat -- climate change!

The use of the word “literally” was literally abused on the Tuesday edition of CBS’s The Late Show with Stephen Colbert as former Obama aides and the cast of Pod Save America joined the namesake host to say that the recent Schumer-Manchin agreement represents “literally the last chance to save the planet” and that Republicans want to “make life worse and shorter.”

Despite the spin from the White House and their allies in the liberal media, the Biden Recession is here and we’re living through it. But according to the cast of ABC’s The View on Thursday, only “some say we are officially in a recession” and climate change is “more important” than the financial pain and struggles of average Americans.
