Only two episodes into its return and Sarah Silverman’s I Love You America is already probably the most obnoxious show of 2018. After a lousy hate-fest last week, the Hulu series continues to promote its hatred for all things right-wing. This week is no different, except with more profane jabs at President Trump.

Thursday’s USA Today article deflected earnest criticisms of the pope by painting him as an innocent victim, suffering a clerical abuse scandal pushed by critics hoping to oust him.

The left is determined to try to normalize abortion as much as possible in today’s world. The most recent episode of the CW’s Burden of Truth gets downright flippant with its dialogue between female characters discussing abortion.

Newsweek reported Sept. 11 that T.I., the celebrated rapper of Blurred Lines fame who weighs in at a $50 million net worth, enthusiastically took to Twitter to express support for actress Cynthia Nixon (worth $60 million) in her run for governor of New York. The reason: Nixon plans to legalize marijuana, calling the issue one of “racial justice”.

The USA Network show The Purge, based off the horror movie franchise of the same title, can never be accused of subtlety. It continues to push a liberal agenda in the second episode, this time blaming small government for the Purge.

Most people would instinctively dismiss the idea that a Hollywood veteran of more than 50 films could be a President Trump supporter. But Academy Award winning actor Jon Voight has always stood out in that regard, and in an emotional interview with Fox News’ Mark Levin on Sunday he choked up while recounting a heartfelt chat he had with a conservative actress concerning the 45th president.

Almost all was quiet on the NFL front in week 1 of the 2018 season. Protests were at a minimum, and that infuriates The Root's Senior Editor Stephen A. Michael Moore’s anti-American polemics and bomb-throwing “journalism” are usually taken with a grain of salt. But in the era of Trump, the salt shaker is nowhere to be found. And his new movie, Fahrenheit 11/9, has a Rotten Tomato score that indicates that the conspiracy-peddling director has hit the sweet spot in terms of what the media wants.
