Another week, another example of the networks hiding any Joe Biden utterance that might reflect badly on the President and the declining chances of the Democrats to hold on to power in the 2022 midterms. Last Wednesday, at a White House event, Joe Biden declared to a group of teachers: “They are all our children... They are not somebody else's children.” 

In light of the controversy surrounding the Biden administration's creation of a “Disinformation board” which is eerily similar to the Ministry of Truth in the novel 1984, CNN’s Dana Bash while hosting State of the Union, challenged Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas over the Orwellian sounding board. 

MSNBC’s Ali Velshi better hope than Elon Musk is as committed to free speech as he says he is because in the first hour of his Saturday show, Velshi repeated an anti-Semitic trope about Israel before lamenting Musk’s idea of free speech in the second hour.

As the midterm elections approach, CNN Newsroom host Alisyn Camerota lamented on Friday that voters appear to have forgotten both President Trump and all of President Biden’s alleged accomplishments.

With the White House Correspondents Dinner only a day away, the cast of The View wanted to give President Biden a hand on Friday by pitching him jokes targeting people on the right to roast during his speech. But things didn’t go as they expected as each of the three “jokes” fell flat with an audience that groaned and had to be cued to clap by their guest co-host Jane Lynch.

On Thursday the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) reported that the United States’ Gross Domestic Product contracted 1.4 percent in the first quarter of 2022, a full 2.4 percent off from economists' expectations. 

The Biden administration formalized its war against so-called disinformation. Politico outlined the new Disinformation Governance Board’s (DGB) purpose to “coordinate countering misinformation related to homeland security, focused specifically on irregular migration and Russia.” The outlet also noted that Nina Jankowicz who advised the Ukrainian government and served as a disinformation fellow…

On Thursday, Morning Joe co-hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough pleaded for President Biden to skip Saturday’s White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner out of fear of COVID. The MSNBC couple repeatedly told Biden not to attend and just send a “videotape” in order to “stay away from the mess” of the crowded Washington D.C. gala.

The Thursday edition of Katy Tur Reports on MSNBC attacked Democrats from the left for opposing the Biden Administration’s plan to lift Title 42, which would create chaos at the southern border.
