Gallup Poll: Trust in News Outlets Hits a Historic Low

The American people's trust in news outlets has hit a historic low, according to Gallup’s annual survey on confidence in major U.S. institutions. Both newspapers and TV news have seen another drop in confidence over the past year, with each losing an average five percent of people who said they had a “great deal” of trust in such institutions.

Hogg Insists MSNBC Highland Park Shooter's a Racist, Not Mentally Ill

On Jonathan Capehart's MSNBC show, David Hogg suggests that the Highland Park shooting suspect was a white nationalist, although the law enforcement spokesman has said there is no evidence to that effect. Hogg and Capehart condemn Mitch McConnell for saying that mental health was the issue in the shootings. Hogg also blames redlining for the insufficient availability in minority communities of…

Biden Just Talks 'in Circles': NBC Highlights Dems Fed Up With Biden

You know things are getting bad for Joe Biden when NBC's Meet the Press starts leading with segments on how Democrats are turning on him and his approval ratings are in the toilet. Yet that is exactly what happened on Sunday's Meet the Press, with anchor Chuck Todd running a news package with interviews of Democrat voters who voted for Biden in the 2020 presidential election…

Stelter Allows Former Ministry of Truth Head to Spread Disinformation

On Sunday's Reliable Sources on CNN, host Brian Stelter spent the opening monologue of his show in a tizzy over the amount of disinformation on the internet and in American politics in general. So naturally, Stelter decided to bring the former head of President Joe Biden's Ministry of Truth Nina Jankowicz to help her rehabilitate her image. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Jankowicz spread…

Tapper Confronts Illinois Gov on Why He Ignores Chicago Shootings

On CNN’s State of the Union, host Jake Tapper confronted Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker on a common theme that even casual observers of leftist politicians and media have noticed. That is they always focus on tragic one time incidents like mass shootings, yet ignore the daily shootings in Chicago which cause more deaths on a weekly basis than mass shootings.

WashPost 'Fact Checker' MILDLY Chides Biden, Press on Child Rape Tale

This story was "too good to check" for the liberal media -- a ten-year-old rape victim in Ohio having to travel to Indiana to get an abortion. On Saturday, Washington Post fact-checker Glenn Kessler noticed it when Biden used it. "This is the account of a one-source story that quickly went viral around the world — and into the talking points of the president." There were no Pinocchios…

NY Times: GOP's Flores Not Historic Hispanic, Just 'Far-Right Latina'

Latina Republican Mayra Flores’ historic win in a Texas congressional district in the Rio Grande Valley was greeted by the Times not with celebration but bitterness and denial. This is the same newspaper that loves to mark such supposed ethnic milestones on the Democratic side, as shown in the nauseating tributes to Sen. Kamala Harris and Biden press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. By…

Three Cheers for Clay Travis and His Takedown of Woke ESPN

Somewhere Rush Limbaugh is smiling. On the Fourth of July, Outkick’s Clay Travis took to the Fox News web site to eviscerate ESPN for its wokeness. Clay, of course, is the co-host with Buck Saxton of the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton show, one of the programs that took over the legendary Rush’s time slot when Rush had sadly passed.

Politico: Defending Kavanaugh's Right to Eat in Peace Is a Culture War

In Saturday's Politico Playbook newsletter written by Rachael Bade, Eugene Daniels, and Ryan Lizza, the leftwing outlet claimed Morton's Steakhouse waded into the culture wars by issuing a statement supporting Justice Brett Kavanaugh's right to eat dinner in peace at their restaurant.

HuffPo: Comedians No Longer Have ‘Right to Offend’

A&E picked the perfect time to drop its new docuseries. Right to Offend: The Black Comedy Revolution explores how stand-up giants like Dick Gregory, Richard Pryor and Redd Foxx rocked the culture with their wit and wisdom. Sadly, the special begins with a trigger warning, a meta example of why the special exists in the first place.

Flashback: Vile Columnist Smeared Thomas: Like KKK's David Duke

We’re now two weeks after the Supreme Court overturned Roe vs. Wade, returning the issue of abortion to the states. And yet the hate and rage is still going strong from journalists and entertainers on the left. This week, aging star Bette Midler compared Clarence Thomas and other conservatives to Islamic extremists. But it was 31 years ago this week that one of the ugliest, most disgusting…

MSNBC Hypes Not Celebrating July 4th Due to 'Evil of the Republicans'

The cast of Saturday’s The Cross Connection on MSNBC was not happy with President Biden for allegedly being too nice to Republicans and welcomed those who did not celebrate the 4th of July on Monday, declaring that know they know how it feels to face the “evil of the Republicans.”

Brooks Doesn't Know Why Australian-Style Gun Control is Controversial

New York Times columnist David Brooks is, in theory, supposed to be the conservative counterweight to Washington Post associate editor Jonathan Capehart when the two join PBS NewsHour host Judy Woodruff every Friday to recap the week’s news, but in reality Brooks mostly ends up repeating liberal talking points. A case in point was Friday’s episode where he wondered…

NPR Puts On Leftist Who Thinks the Pro-Life Side Shouldn't Get TV Time

As part of its ongoing abortion advocacy badly disguised as journalism, Thursday’s Morning Edition devoted a segment to how Hollywood hasn’t been pro-abortion enough! Anchor Rachel Martin spoke to Tanya Melendez, a doctoral fellow at the University of Illinois, who wrote an article for Vox.com last fall titled “How TV lied about abortion.”
