'Diff'rent Strokes' Star: TV Was Better When It Was Family-Friendly

Not only was TV more family-friendly in the 1980s, it was simply better. So said actor Todd Bridges, who played Willis on the popular show Diff’rent Strokes, which ran on NBC from 1978 to 1985.

Feminist Media Hype Panties That Let You 'Bleed All Over!’ Pro-Lifers

Note to feminists: trying to call pro-lifers crazy doesn’t work so well while also pulling stunts like this. A Washington state-based Etsy shop, Cute Fruit Undies, recently began selling period underwear (self-explanatory) with printed pictures of pro-life politicians on the inside lining “for YOU to bleed all over!” Some of the proceeds from the “Bloody Marys Period Panties” (sporting the faces…

Controversial ‘Ferguson’ Film Released on Youtube

The film version of the play Ferguson was uploaded to Youtube this week, almost a year after the play sparked outrage and a walkout of the original actors. The film recounts eyewitnesses’ account of last hours of Michael Brown, the black teenager who was shot and killed by white police officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, Mo. in Aug., 2014.

‘Scandal’ Indulges Michael Moore’s Afghanistan Oil Pipeline Fantasy

Hey, remember that fat, oafish, obnoxious filmmaker Michael Moore who makes liberal fantasy propaganda pieces but labels them documentaries? You might not; he hasn’t had a noteworthy film in over a decade. But ABC’s Scandal is trying to relive his glory days by bringing back one of the many, many, many debunked conspiracy theories in his infamous 2004 film Fahrenheit 9/11. In this case, it’s the…

MLB Partners with Fox for Female Baseball Pilot ‘Pitch’

Just weeks after MLB openly begged for a gay baseball player to reveal himself, to not be the only major American sports league without an openly gay player, it seems they will now try to one-up the NFL and NBA by playing host to the first female player in major American sports history.

Wow! 'Empire’s' Motherly Advice to Son: 'Get Your Gay Back!'

Fox’s Empire returns with “Death Will Have His Day,” the mid-season kick-off episode.  A familiar subject in prime time television was broached between Jamal and his mother Cookie tonight - fluid sexuality. What is with Hollywood liberals pushing this theme on TV lately?

NFL Demands New York Times Retract ‘Defamatory’ Concussion Story

The Gray Lady might be spending and/or losing a ton of green dollars in the near future. That is, if they choose to ignore the NFL’s demand to retract their story labeling the NFL guilty of faulty concussion research and ties to the Tobacco industry.

Networks Refuse to Use ‘Genocide’ – Even in Easter Christian Bombing

Even after U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry’s declaration, the broadcast networks refuse to apply the term “genocide” to Christians slaughtered in the Middle East. In their morning and evening news shows since last April, ABC, CBS and NBC haven’t used “genocide” in their reports of Christians attacked in the Middle East. Instead, the networks took a pass – even after the Easter suicide bombing…

FreeForm's ‘The Fosters’: Gays ‘Don’t Have a Choice’ Whether to be Gay

So, The Fosters decided to give up on their 8-10 episode run of trying to be a real drama, complete with compelling story lines and witty dialogue, and instead reverted back to what they do best: LGBT activism and indoctrination.

ABC’s 'Quantico': Firearms a Privilege, Not a Right

In last night’s episode of Quantico, "Turn," before a terrorist attack against the FBI Training Academy had even concluded, a visiting senator (Marcia Cross) railed against firearms, declaring their use a “privilege,” not a right. At least ABC’s Quantico got it right about how quickly opponents of the Second Amendment rush to politicize any shooting.

Al Jazeera Hacks 500 Jobs

What’s Arabic for “schadenfreude?” It was only two months ago that Al Jazeera announced Al Jazeera America was closing shop – a blow to the dozens of New York Times-types that made up its audience. Now the parent network, owned by the government of Qatar, is itself cutting its staff by 500. (Cutting the jobs, not the people. We think.)
