Kimmel Wants De Niro To Be President After He Calls Trump a 'F****** Piece Of S***'

Sometimes the madness that is ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! cannot be confined to one article. After Kimmel spread fake news about President Trump wanting Iran to destroy Los Angeles and San Diego on Tuesday, he endorsed the idea of making actor Robert De Niro president after he called Trump “a [bleep] piece of [bleep].” Kimmel then endorsed singer and songwriter Phil Collins’s idea to write a song about the United States entitled “Fat People with Guns.”

Kimmel introduced a clip of De Niro at the celebrity-filled Hands Off Our Vote rally, “Fortunately, though, people are showing up and speaking out, and none more forcefully than the great Robert de Niro.”

In the video, De Niro conspiracy theorized about Trump taking away voting, “They can't get support from the voters. So, what do they do? They try to take our votes away. Are you kidding me? Hands off our votes. Let me put it another way. Keep your [bleep] hands off our vote.”

Kimmel reacted by endorsing De Niro for president and introducing a second clip, “That's a good way to put it. Now, listen, since we don't seem to care about age, can we run him for president?”

De Niro was then shown adding, “And when that coward—that [bleep] piece of [bleep], Donald Trump tries to take our voice and power away, what do we tell him? Keep your [bleep] hands off our vote.”

Kimmel reacted by reiterating that he is a big fan, “I think he’s given a lot of great performances, but that might be the best one yet.”

Moving on to Collins’s appearance on Pierce Morgan Uncensored, Kimmel teed up yet another clip, “Trump keeps saying the world was laughing at us, but they aren't laughing now. Which is true, they're not laughing. They’re terrified. They are [bleep] their pants all around the world because we have a mental patient flying the plane. And if you want to know what the world thinks of us, look no further than Phil Collins. A man who, prior to this, never had anything bad to say about anybody.”

Collins was seen declaring, “Sometimes you get ideas that will come to you and I've got a song that's waiting to be written called ‘Fat People with Guns,’ which is about America, you know?”

Kimmel and his studio audience were all aboard with the idea, “Well, Phil, if you ever do get around to writing that song, I would love to have you here to play it live on our show. I think—‘Fat people with guns.’ Finally, a theme song for ICE!”

Collins didn’t say ICE. He said America. For all of Kimmel’s righteous indignation about Trump’s comments about Los Angeles and San Diego that he took wildly out of context, he seems to have no problem with a foreigner attacking Americans on a personal level.

Here is a transcript for the October 6 show:

JIMMY KIMMEL: Fortunately, though, people are showing up and speaking out, and none more forcefully than the great Robert de Niro.

ROBERT DE NIRO: They can't get support from the voters. So, what do they do? They try to take our votes away. Are you kidding me? Hands off our votes. Let me put it another way. Keep your [bleep] hands off our vote.

KIMMEL: That's a good way to put it. Now, listen, since we don't seem to care about age, can we run him for president?

DE NIRO: And when that coward—that [bleep] piece of [bleep], Donald Trump tries to take our voice and power away, what do we tell him? Keep your [bleep] hands off our vote.

KIMMEL: I think he’s given a lot of great performances, but that might be the best one yet. Trump keeps saying the world was laughing at us, but they aren't laughing now. Which is true, they're not laughing. They’re terrified. They are [bleep] their pants all around the world because we have a mental patient flying the plane. And if you want to know what the world thinks of us, look no further than Phil Collins. A man who, prior to this, never had anything bad to say about anybody.

PHIL COLLINS: Well, sometimes you get ideas that will come to you and I've got a song that's waiting to be written called "Fat People with Guns," which is about America, you know?

KIMMEL: Well, Phil, if you ever do get around to writing that song, I would love to have you here to play it live on our show. I think—"Fat people with guns." Finally, a theme song for ICE!
