ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel is the only late night host based in Los Angeles, so naturally he went all in on Tuesday on the left’s fake news narrative that President Trump wants Iran to bomb Los Angeles and San Diego.
Kimmel introduced a clip of Trump by declaring, “Then King Leer with two Es said something truly appalling.”
In the clip, Trump told the crowd, "Remember, with the war, it's just artificial. It's a little bit high. It's a small price to pay for keeping the world safe. Keeping our country safe. They can take out a city. Let ‘em take out Los Angeles. Let them take out San Diego. This is a very small price to pay.”

A reasonable person could look at Trump’s remarks and conclude he should’ve articulated himself better, but even people like professional Trump hater like CNN’s Daniel Dale have admitted that Trump was claiming that things such as high gas prices are a small price to pay for Iran no longer being able to threaten American cities by developing a nuclear weapon.
Nevertheless, Kimmel reacted, “Oh, you're booing, but they're cheering. And he's talking about Iran bombing us. And I know he says a lot of crazy things. I know this is something we'll forget about by Thursday when he accidentally swallows a baby at a rally or whatever he does next.”
He further declared, “That is one of the craziest, most indefensible statements I have ever heard even this maniac make. Openly musing about Iran, a country we are currently at war with 'taking out' two American cities while his adoring fans cheer him on! But it's okay because we're liberals. We deserve to be bombed. Can somebody please change this man's diaper already?”
Kimmel continued ranting, “I think that old nut has been sitting in his own excrement too long. He has the rantavirus and it needs to be treated medically. Now we have our own president wishing 'Death to America?' It's so—we already had a huge bomb here this weekend. It's called Digger. Okay? This is insane. This is—even from him.”
He also tried to portray conservatives as hypocrites on the matter by introducing a montage of people criticizing him, “Do you remember how upset the red hat club was when I did a joke about Trump and Melania's May-December romance?”
The final clip of the montage featured former White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt claiming, “This kind of rhetoric about the president, the first lady, and his supporters is completely deranged, and it's unbelievable that the American people are consuming it night after night after night.”
Kimmel retorted by musing, “It's unbelievable. So if that joke, that rhetoric was deranged and dangerous and violent and dark, surely you must be mortified by the president of the United States casually ruminating about the deaths of 13 million people.”
That led to a second montage of various conservatives having various reactions to the liberal version of Trump’s comments, with some claiming liberals can’t take a joke and others correctly saying Trump was taken wildly out of context, but Kimmel simply responded by quipping that he was going to report Trump to the FCC.
Meanwhile, the only other late night host to address the remarks was NBC’s Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show. Breaking out his Trump voice, Fallon declared, “Meanwhile, last night during a campaign rally Trump said that Iran could take out a city, and then added, ‘Let 'em take out Los Angeles. Let ‘em take out San Diego.’ Trump quickly apologized and said, ‘Sorry, I forgot San Francisco.’"

Tuesday’s show was not the first time Kimmel has accused Trump of being in favor of Iran bombing Los Angeles. Ironically, the last time he made such an allegation was after the federal government warned California that Iran aspires to launch a drone attack against it.
Here are transcripts for the October 6 shows:
ABC Jimmy Kimmel Live!

JIMMY KIMMEL: Then King Leer with two Es said something truly appalling.
DONALD TRUMP: Remember, with the war, it's just artificial. It's a little bit high. It's a small price to pay for keeping the world safe. Keeping our country safe. They can take out a city. Let ‘em take out Los Angeles. Let them take out San Diego. This is a very small price to pay.
KIMMEL: Oh, you're booing, but they're cheering. And he's talking about Iran bombing us. And I know he says a lot of crazy things. I know this is something we'll forget about by Thursday when he accidentally swallows a baby at a rally or whatever he does next.
But that is one of the craziest, most indefensible statements I have ever heard even this maniac make. Openly musing about Iran, a country we are currently at war with "taking out" two American cities while his adoring fans cheer him on! But it's okay because we're liberals. We deserve to be bombed. Do you remember how upset the red hat club was when I did a joke about Trump and Melania's May-December romance?
JESSE WATTERS: Fox News alert. Donald Trump's calling for ABC to finally pull the plug on Jimmy Kimmel.
BILL HEMMER: To more breaking news right now. The first lady, Melania Trump, apparently calling on ABC to fire Jimmy Kimmel.
TREY GOWDY: Why does ABC allow him to say those things?
NANCY MACE: It's shameful is what it is.
LARA TRUMP: I think Jimmy Kimmel needs to leave ABC.
LAURA INGRAHAM: Deeply unfunny.
SAGE STEELE: Something has taken over with him and many others, and it is dark. I don't want to say evil, but it is as dark as it gets.
KAYLEE MCGHEE WHITE: So, I mean, his rhetoric is actually leading to violence.
KAROLINE LEAVITT: This kind of rhetoric about the president, the first lady, and his supporters is completely deranged, and it's unbelievable that the American people are consuming it night after night after night.
