Seeking to deflect criticism of Dem Rep. Ilhan Omar for her history of anti-Semitic remarks, Morning Joe swung into whataboutism mode today. Joe Scarborough flagrantly mischaracterized a tweet by GOP Rep. Kevin McCarthy prior to the midterms. Scarborough twice claimed that McCarthy had said: "don't let Jews buy the election."

Despite the fact that CNN has covered the latest anti-Semitism from Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) throughout the day on Monday, numerous analysts and hosts have tried to assist Omar by muddying the waters, suggesting House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is also anti-Semitic for a tweet last year criticizing the left-wing views of Michael Bloomberg, George Soros, and Tom Steyer.

Silicon Valley is full of opportunities for political donations. But a Soros-funded organization wants to make sure any support goes to the correct side of the political spectrum.

Apparently George Soros does not want major tech companies to work with the U.S. government. The ACLU and nine other Soros funded groups joined with a coalition of 85 nonprofit groups to demand that major tech companies limit what they sell to the U.S. government.  

The liberal journalism non-profit ProPublica is expanding again — this time to Washington, DC so it can do even more anti-Trump administration investigations. Of course, that wasn’t how the group framed it, but it’s doubtful it’ll be doing a lot of investigations of liberals considering its donor base and the articles it chose to showcase this expansion.

The liberal media were at it again in 2018, continuing to misreport, exaggerate, censor and spin business and economic news. Some moments were laughable, such as when a New York Times reporter implied America no longer uses coal for energy. Others, such as the warning of a “climate genocide,” were no laughing matter.

The liberal media have always been selective about what to report on left-wing billionaire George Soros. But lately outlets have started blatantly defending and celebrating the left’s top donor, even naming him “Person of the Year.”

The number of Facebook’s enemies on the left is growing, and they’re making more and more demands including that CEO Mark Zuckerberg resign. A coalition of 31 left-wing groups, including the controversial Southern Poverty Law Center and at least 10 groups that have received funding from liberal billionaire George Soros, wrote to Zuckerberg on Dec. 18, 2018.  

Liberal journalists have been throwing wild accusations at Facebook for enabling “fake news,” foreign interference, and “conspiracy theories.” Now even its own fact checkers are upset.

The media don’t like it when people point out their direct ties to the left. The Washington Post defended liberal billionaire George Soros and his funding of left-wing journalism outlet ProPublica Dec. 13. The paper lashed out at a GOP governor who pointed out ProPublica gets funding from Soros and other liberals.

Since when it is controversial for a company to research a powerful billionaire calling for it to be regulated and who could potentially impact its stock price?
