As of Monday morning, the Media Research Center and its grassroots members made over 25,000 calls lambasting ABC and demanding a full apology for anti-Christian comments made by The View on February 13 that suggested Vice President Mike Pence’s “dangerous” Christian faith was a “mental illness.”

Thursday on ABC’s The View, the whole table addressed host Joy Behar’s mockery of Mike Pence’s Christian faith on Tuesday’s show that caused an uproar. Even though the rest of the table, with the exception of Meghan McCain and to some extent Whoopi Goldberg, also made vile comments, ABC only brought up Behar’s comments as controversial.  

In a sit-down interview with Axios on Ash Wednesday, Vice President Mike Pence told investigative journalist Mike Allen that he was upset to hear about The View’s callous remarks about his faith on their show earlier this week.

Media Research Center President Brent Bozell issued the following open letter today in response to ongoing hateful comments made by ABC hosts, including The View’s Joy Behar and Sunny Hostin. Hostin referred to Vice President Mike Pence’s Christian faith as “dangerous.” Behar equated it to a “mental illness.” 

All three broadcast networks ignored a new Politico/Morning Consult poll, which showed President Trump’s approval rating is at its highest its been in the past ten months. The poll also showed Republicans ahead of Democrats on the congressional ballot, in anticipation of the 2018 midterm elections.  

Monday on ABC’s The View, liberal hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Sunny Hostin and Joy Behar called Vice President Mike Pence a hypocrite for sitting down while North Korean athletes marched into the stadium at the Olympic Games this weekend. Whoopi complained that Pence didn’t not show North Korea their due “respect,” while Hostin compared Pence’s actions to the NFL anthem protests.

On Thursday's The View show, during a discussion of reports that gay Olympic skater Adam Rippon had turned down the opportunity to meet with Vice President Mike Pence because of his views on gay rights, co-host Whoopi Goldberg at one point defended the decision by suggesting that meeting with Pence would be like a Jew having a meeting with a Nazi.  

Friday on The View, the most liberal host and most conservative host clashed repeatedly in a feisty exchange over the domestic violence accusations against former White House aide, Rob Porter. While host Meghan McCain focused on Porter himself, host Joy Behar couldn’t help but bitterly gripe about how terrible Republicans and this administration were, which angered McCain.

After Chief of Staff General John Kelly told reporters Tuesday that the discrepancy between the number of registered DACA recipients and those eligible for the program was probably due to people being too lazy or too fearful to apply for the program, the media went into a tailspin of fury over the adviser’s blunt comments.

As Whoopi Goldberg appeared as a guest in a pre-recorded interview for CNN's The Axe Files on Saturday night, the liberal comedian and co-host of ABC's The View repeated the myth that Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell pledged not to work with Barack Obama right after he was elected President, and then claimed that "a lot of" the opposition to Obama was "based in race" as she declared that…

While a guest on Thursday's edition of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on CBS, Meghan McCain described her departure from the Fox News Channel to be the conservative co-host on The View weekday program as “weird.” “This show has been on for 21 years, and I’m the 21st host,” McCain told Colbert. “I’ve been on so many shows where people never watched and couldn’t figure out what channel it was…

As to be expected, the liberal hosts at ABC’s The View were less than thrilled by President Trump’s State of the Union last night. Since co-host Joy Behar was out sick, host Sunny Hostin took the mantle giving the hysterical anti-Trump take, decrying the “very offensive” speech that “demonized immigrants,” on the show’s January 31 episode.

Pro-life women have long felt excluded by the Women’s March, which claims to stand for all women. Now, their concerns are being voiced on an unlikely show: The View. According to one co-host, the march supporting abortion leaves pro-life women, like herself, feeling “left out.”
