If you want to go online for earnest celebrations and posts of gratitude for the life of Congressman Elijah Cummings (D-MI), go anywhere other than celebrity Twitter. After Cummings’ untimely death, many of Hollywood’s usual suspects made a lot of noise because, of course, it was a way to slam President Trump.

Big tech has presented many problems for the legislators in Washington to tackle. One of those is regulation. Many politicians on both sides of the aisle have discussed government regulation of Big Tech. Government regulation and amending Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act are seen as a solution to the scandals plaguing tech companies.

Strange political times make for unexpected allies as Democratic primary candidates defend Trump’s right to have a platform on Twitter. Democratic presidential nominee rivals Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii and Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts rejected comments by Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris (D-CA) calling for Trump to be suspended from Twitter.

On October 4 various left-wing Hollywood celebrities and The Democratic Coalition announced the creation of their “Impeachment Task Force.” According to Newsweek, this nutty group of liberal activists from La La Land are "hellbent on holding president 'accountable for his betrayal of America.'"

President Trump’s sense of humor has been limited by good old-fashioned copyright claims. After the president tweeted a video with a clip from Nickelback’s music video, “Photograph,” the meme was removed promptly.
