Reuters Runs Derogatory Picture of President Bush

June 1st, 2006 11:59 AM
It's not quite clear what Reuters hoped to accomplish with this picture. Their photographers take thousands of pictures, most of them useless, and surely this one should have remained in the archives. If the goal is to provide pictures for liberal blogs, then this fits into that objective. Read the actual caption.

AP Epitomizes Liberal Media Bias With ‘Democrats Eye November Landsl

May 29th, 2006 11:02 PM
Still wondering if there really is a liberal media bias? Not convinced yet? Well, a recently released story by Ron Fournier of the Associated Press may change your mind. In an article entitled “Democrats Eye November Landslide,” Fournier comes across more as a professional Democratic pollster than a supposedly impartial journalist. As amazing as it might seem, the article began: “Republicans are…

AP Photography Belittles CIA Nominee

May 19th, 2006 1:39 PM

According to the article: “Sarandon has been a harsh critic of Clinton's vote on the war, telling a British television interviewer last month that Clinton had ‘crumbled under the pressure of…

World Net Daily points out that the Associated Press drove by a Swedish study that finds lesbians react differently to sex hormones than heterosexual women. Evidently, the desire of the AP was to claim that homosexuality is genetic, that it can't be helped. This, presumably, would make homosexuals a protected class affording special legal protections. Specifically, the AP made claims like "the…

Update: April Tax Revenues 2nd-Highest in History; Will Media Notice

May 11th, 2006 9:30 AM
A stunning announcement was made by the Treasury Department Wednesday. As reported by the Associated Press: “A flood of income tax payments pushed up government receipts to the second-highest level in history in April, giving the country a sizable surplus for the month.”(Update: At the end of this piece, I predicted this announcement would not be widely reported. Well, though all three broadcast…
