Deflated: MSNBC Host Backpedals, Admits He Peddled Dubious Claims
MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell was overjoyed Tuesday night, as The Last Word came on the air, because according to an unnamed source that talked to no one but him, President Trump’s loan from Deutsche Bank was allegedly co-signed by Russian oligarchs. It was a scoop that had to be retracted less than 24 hours after it’s utterance on national TV because its validity could not be verified.

Get Off the Sidelines: #StandWithICE
Dear fellow patriots: It's time to stop making nice with those who are waging war on ICE. Are you sick of your neighborhoods being hijacked by law enforcement-bashing thugs who prioritize every last illegal immigrant over law-abiding families, workers and employers? Are you sick of do-nothing politicians promising to take action while well-funded and well-organized protesters riot in our streets…

They’ve Lost Their Minds in San Francisco
San Francisco, a city described in song for its natural beauty, is descending into an abyss of homelessness, the use of sidewalks as toilets and a place you might not want to visit, much less live. The latest, but surely not the last demonstration of insanity, is San Francisco's Board of Supervisors’ adoption of new “person first” language guidelines meant to “change the public's perception of…

TV Columnist: ‘Our Democracy Is Made Stronger’ by Lyin’ Brian Working
I mean, the guy was at D-Day and the signing of the Constitution, so perhaps Baltimore Sun TV columnist David Zurawik’s was right that “our democracy is made stronger by having [Brian] Williams and this production” of MSNBC’s The 11th Hour “at the end of each weeknight to offer perspective” anchored by a modern day Edward R. Murrow. (That first part was a joke, David).

VMA host Sebastian Maniscalco took some heat from Hollywood outlets on Tuesday for making mild jokes during the high profile music award show at the expense of “sensitive” teens in need of “safe spaces.” Of course this “triggered” someone, and Hollywood website Variety published a finger-wagging letter to the comedian for the “callous” jokes.

Environmental ‘Hero’ Knocks Celebs, Media for Amazon Fire Falsehoods
Yes, there are fires burning in the Amazon and that’s obviously a bad thing, but one Forbes columnist chided movie stars, politicians and the news media for spreading misinformation about them. Contributor Michael Shellenberger, who was once named an “Environmental Hero” by Time, exposed an abundance of inaccuracies stemming from the current hysteria over the fires in the Amazon — including the “…

Facebook Won’t Release Data for Studies About Promotion of Free Speech
Facebook is having a hard time with transparency, even after paying for researchers to look at its data … with transparency. Philanthropies that agreed to fund studies about Facebook are even threatening to quit. The Times original headline supported that narrative by describing Steyer as someone trying to “get money out of politics.” As noted by the Election Law Blog, that headline…

Brian Williams Mocks Sanders for 'Conspiracy Theory' of Media Bias
It's been fascinating to watch the media-bias deniers of the "mainstream" media dismiss socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders crying Centrist Bias with all the same contempt they show conservatives. On Monday, Sanders fan Keith Spencer at Salon.com obsessed over a Twitter account under the name "HoarseWhisperer," an anonymous account which for some mysterious reason was singled out by disgraced MSNBC…

Unslurprisingly, the program will be entitled First Ladies and has been put on fast-track development for the pay…
