Besides gay rights, Shameless, Showtime’s hit liberal show, has yet another social justice cause to champion. This time it's equal pay.

It’s been a long time coming, but Disney finally committed to unveiling it’s very first official gay character. Exciting times, right? Well, for some, not quite. The news hasn’t been as exciting for the lefties against whitewashing and all things cultural appropriation, because actor Jack Whitehall is not gay.

You know the Emmys. You know the Oscars. You always hear about -- but honestly, never pay attention to -- the Golden Globes. But have you heard about the new lefty-run awards show, “The Golden Probes?” If your initial thought was, “Hmm, that sounds kind of dirty,” you’re right. Innuendos aside, the premise of the event is pretty foul.

Liberal meltdown over Trump’s new Supreme Court pick has been cataclysmic to say the least. NBCNews.com added to the hysteria on Sunday by labeling the president’s nominee shortlist as “extreme.”

In an attempt to catch conservatives flat-footed in hypocrisy, liberal outlets ended up putting their own foot in their mouth. Addressing the Sarah Huckabee Sanders vs.the Red Hen restaurant incident, liberal media outlets such as The New York Daily News, Vox, and ThinkProgress accused conservatives of a  double standard.

Monday on Cuomo Primetime, former Republican Senator Rick Santorum called out CNN host Chris Cuomo on his "intellectual dishonesty." Cuomo tried to compare White House Press Secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, being asked to leave the Red Hen restaurant last week to the Masterpiece Cakeshop court case in which a Christian baker refused to specifically bake a wedding cake for a gay couple.

Stephen Colbert not surprisingly has attempted to use his Catholic faith to make a political point, and unbeknownst to him, he failed at it. He was referring to the incidents at the border involving illegal immigrants and their children. Colbert called attention to how AG Jeff Sessions defended the government’s actions at the border with a quote from Romans.

Elton John has been contributing to the social media censorship debate, urging social media companies to further crackdown on hate-speech. If they don’t wise up, the legendary singer is calling for a boycott.
