With storylines about gender-curious gerbils and killer clowns, American Horror Story: Cult has been pretty off-the-wall but, in the October 24 episode "Winter of Our Discontent," they managed to go off the deep end. The episode had everything, from a Nazi cop, to an incestual threesome, to a woman bleeding to death from an abortion.

Rolling Stone magazine contributing editor Jeff Goodell seems to have trouble with logic in addition to his disdain for coal power. In, “Scott Pruitt Can’t Stop the Death of Big Coal,” Goodell claimed that without the EPA’s Clean Power Plan — an Obama “accomplishment” — coal is still “a dead industry walking.”

CW’s Supergirl has now had almost five extra months to come to terms with the Trump Presidency. At this point, the show could either move on like the rest of the country or double down in disgrace. Unfortunately, the October 9 premiere “Girl of Steel” doubled down and doesn’t show any signs of letting up its liberal, anti-Trump slant.

Overall, it's still a nice, fun 13-episode series like we remember from when we were kids, but with some left turns. The number of Americans who see a connection between manmade climate change and hurricanes grew dramatically in the past 12 years. Given Al Gore, climate alarmists and the liberal media’s persistent climate alarmism throughout that time, it’s no wonder.

NBC’s Great News premiered its second season on Thursday, September 28, with an introduction of a new, main character, Diana St. Tropez (Tina Fey), head of the fictitious news program “The Breakdown” that the show centers around. Liberal activist Naomi Klein blamed oil and coal companies for the devastation of Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma and called for their prosecution in a recent interview. During a wild segment of MSNBC Live on Wednesday morning, astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson railed against climate change skeptics. He questioned their education, intelligence, and claimed they were participating in “the unraveling of an informed democracy.” And it was all said to the glee of MSNBC co-hosts Ali Velshi and Stephanie Ruhle.
