As with most streaming shows of late, at least the ones that try to be edgy (which means pretty much all of them), it takes a minute to process what you’ve watched sometimes. Such is the case with Netflix’s Lady Dynamite which so far tops the list of confusing and bizarre streaming shows.

The New York Times jabbed at Christians and conservatives in two articles Saturday related to museum exhibitions. Emily Cochrane nitpicked the new Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C., while an art critic looking at a Paris exhibit on the history of Christians in the Middle East suggested the French populist Marine Le Pen was as bad as the jihadists of ISIS.

On Wednesday, Katelyn Beaty, described as "an editor at large for Christianity Today and the author of 'A Woman’s Place,'" tried to make "A Christian Case Against the 'Pence Rule.'"  In the process, she smeared the rule, and the Vice President, as being in place primarily to avoid "male predation."

When a show begins with a main character looking at Jesus on a crucifix in a Catholic Church while snidely saying to Him, “Thanks for nothing,” you know right away that there is a clear anti-Catholic bias and that things will go downhill from there. In the same program, a cop remarks, “We found Lucas Garza's body at a Catholic church. You know who hangs out at Catholic churches? Priests.”

"Let There Be Light" is a fabulous movie that has taken the box office by storm and by surprise, opening in a modest 373 theaters and exploding to more than 650 in just its second week.
