Why does Hollywood want to rewrite history and pretend that the last 50-60 years of Civil Rights progress in the United States never occurred? In the latest iteration, the CBS sitcom Bob Hearts Abishola acts as if 1980s Michigan was like the Jim Crow South of the 1950s.

From the beginning until the end, the 93^rd Annual Academy Awards was loaded with Black Lives Matter wokeism. Airing on ABC on Sunday night, the show began with self-described "preaching" from actress/director Regina King on the Chauvin trial in Minneapolis and the dangers faced by black men.

CBS's cop drama S.W.A.T. signaled to its audience this week that those who question critical race theory and the Black Lives Matter agenda are really white supremacists. 

Apparently, writers for the NBC sitcom Kenan have been in a coma for a year and have no idea what happened to schools across the country as a result of teachers' union strong-arming during the pandemic. The show so thoroughly failed to "read the room," as it were that it actually created an episode praising public school teachers who refuse to teach until they get more pay.

Network television has officially jumped the shark in its desperate efforts to defend the domestic terrorist organization Black Lives Matter. This week on CBS's court drama Bull, an earnest defense attorney actually said with a straight face that BLM is "not opposed to the police."

Now on its penultimate episode, the Disney+ series is stepping things up by asserting that nothing's changed in 500 years and no black man should want to be Captain America.

Comedian/actor Jamie Foxx tries to make a comeback on the small screen but mostly fails to be amusing or entertaining.
