Perhaps it was an apology for giving Hillary Clinton a tough interview last week, but NPR decided to make it up to her this week, with a long-winded gushy, self-flagellating interview by Fresh Air’s Terry Gross, that let Clinton lay all the blame for losing the election on every one of her dozens of excuses, including the media.

On Monday’s show, The View’s only regular conservative host Jedediah Bila announced it was her last day on the show. Just two weeks into the new season, Bila emotionally told viewers that she was leaving the show, but didn’t give any reason as to the cause for her sudden departure.

On Monday, MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle hyped: “President Trump is being slammed for his use of Twitter this weekend, especially for one tweet some claim promotes violence against women.” After reciting tweets from liberals blasting the President, Ruhle turned to top Hillary Clinton aide Jennifer Palmieri to further denounce the mocking social media post.

The 69th Primetime Emmy Awards hosted by liberal Late Show host Stephen Colbert aired Sunday, September 17th on CBS. Colbert’s displeasure with President Trump’s November victory was immediately apparent as his full seventeen-minute show opening was chock-full of slings and arrows flung at him and the anti-Trump hate-fest continued all night with several actors even addressing the president…

PolitiFact advertised on its home page an article on “Fact checking” Hillary’s campaign book What Happened. Don’t be shocked: PolitiFact didn’t find anything that they would call “False,” let alone “Pants on Fire.” They were very selective and helpful in picking out claims from the book...they skipped over Hillary suggesting the media favored Trump, for example.

In a pre-recorded interview aired on Friday's PBS NewsHour, PBS host Judy Woodruff asked guest Hillary Clinton if she believes President Donald Trump is "racist," and then did not challenge her when she claimed that Trump had "accepted the support of David Duke," and that he "has not condemned the neo-Nazis and the self-proclaimed white supremacists." Two out of the three networks on Thursday night and Friday morning yawned at Amazon’s BLATANT censorship of negative reviews for Hillary Clinton’s new book, What Happened. Only CBS This Morning noticed  — with a scant 27 seconds of coverage — that the website is wiping out one star reviews. 

One theme of Hillary Clinton’s book tour is that news media bias helped tip the election in favor of Donald Trump, but no reasonable person could suggest that political reporters created a landscape more favorable to Trump than to her. And it’s silly of her to say the news media were one of the causes of her defeat.
