With Executive Editor Tim Graham off celebrating his birthday, Deputy Managing Editor Nick Fondacaro and I returned to hold down the fort and, even leaving aside the State of the Union, the world was our oyster with content. Of course, The View was a major topic with their cockamamie and erroneous claims that conservatives such as Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) want to ban the teaching of slavery in schools.
We had some fiery takes on the latest antics of these racial arsonists we see across the media landscape in an attempt to inflame racial relations with lie after lie.
After cooling down, we dove into how the liberal media only now seem to admit Senator John Fetterman’s (D-PA) mentally and physically incapacitated as well as the hilariously dire straits at CNN’s new morning show, led by Don Lemon.
Lemon, who was demoted last fall from his primetime slot, has struggled to share hosting duties and especially with Kaitlan Collins, who made the transition to the anchor desk after years at the White House for CNN and the Daily Caller.
Along with their painfully awkward tensions following Lemon’s reported berating of her following the December 8 show, CNN This Morning has pitiful ratings as it searches for an identity.
