True, the media slobbering all over Democratic politicians is fairly unremarkable. But given the Republicans’ rather lackluster performance in the recent midterm elections, now more than ever it’s worth noting just how subservient the media are to Democrats.

On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough and Gene Robinson agree that, as the liberal media loves to say, the walls are "closing in" on Donald Trump.

The Morning Joe panel swoons over Pres. Biden having attacked Trump's "courage" in not doing more to stop the Capitol riot. 

Morning Joe repeatedly slurs Republican candidates as "freaks," "weirdos," "crackpots," and "wackos," among other insults. And Joe Scarborough once again depicts Republicans as Cheeto-smeared losers living in their mother's basement. 

Too soon? Yes. On Morning Joe, on the day that former Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe was assassinated by being shot in the back, Washington Post columnist Eugene Robinson said Boris Johnson became prime minister of the United Kingdom "after knifing Theresa May in the back."

The Democrat midterm gambit known as the House January 6 Committee held hearings Tuesday, spurring the host of MSNBC's Morning Joe to trash all Republicans. They used the desperate grab for attention by Republican Senate candidate Eric Greitens as a way of trashing all Republicans and touting Democrats as the defenders of democracy. 

President Biden called it “Jim Crow on steroids,” Major League Baseball pulled the All-Star Game out of Atlanta over it, and the media provided cover for all such rhetoric. And yet, Georgia’s new election law has not suppressed the vote. In fact, the opposite has happened as Georgia has seen record breaking early turnout in the lead up to Tuesday’s primary.

All three broadcast networks aired special reports Tuesday afternoon on President Biden’s visit to Buffalo, New York following Saturday’s racist act of terror and, in the case of ABC, senior White House correspondent Mary Bruce was enthralled and almost emotional in vocalizing support for Biden’s broad strokes about white supremacy. On Morning Joe, a scaremongering Joe Scarborough says that if the Alito opinion overturning Roe v. Wade is adopted, it could lead to the overturning of other decisions, specifically including Loving v. Virginia, which struck down the Virginia law outlawing interracial marriage. 

Moments before the second day of Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Senate confirmation hearing began on Tuesday morning, the panel during NBC News special coverage eagerly touted comparisons between the left-wing Supreme Court nominee and an “Olympic athlete who has been training for this...her whole life.” In addition, expected tough questions from Republican lawmakers were preemptively dismissed as “…

You just can’t make this stuff up. MSNBC spent Wednesday night worrying that parents involved in their kids’ school educations were an "attack on democracy.” 

Brian Williams signed off late Thursday night for the final time after 28 years between MSNBC and NBC, claiming on The 11th Hour that he’s “not a liberal or a conservative,” but “an institutionalist” fearful of “the darkness...has spread” across America while equating Trump supporters to arsonists and murderers that frighten him as “an aging volunteer fireman.”
