CNN touted that it grabbed the first interview with Vice President Kamala Harris since the pro-life verdict in the Dobbs case, and anchor Dana Bash repeatedly pressed Harris from the left on Monday about taking all kinds of executive and legislative actions to permit more abortions, including scrapping the filibuster in the Senate. 

CNN State of the Union host Dana Bash closed the show on Sunday by being Dana Gush, providing what looked like an advertisement for former Rep. Gabby Giffords and the gun-control lobby named for her. She interviewed Giffords and the group's leader Robin Lloyd and asked them absolutely nothing that a Second Amendment stalwart would ask. 

White House officials turned down requests from CBS, CNN, and Fox News and did not appear on any Sunday news show to discuss the mass school shooting in Uvalde, Texas. Maybe they thought it would clash with the president’s visit to the scene. Or they just thought it would save them from committing Sunday gaffes. 

On Sunday’s State of the Union on CNN, co-anchor Dana Bash revealed how the pro-abortion left really sees pregnancy and the life of children: a burden. CNN is known for often failing to challenge Democrat politicians in any significant way, and Dana Bash’s interview with Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on State of the Union was no different.

At 2 pm on Wednesday, CNN's "Citizen" project live-streamed a panel discussion with four of its journalists on the top "Lessons of the Insurrection: Where Are We Now?" Dana Bash read a question from a viewer about how to protect democracy, and reporter Alex Marquardt touted that "one of the many benefits" of the 1/6 committee was how they exposed Fox News as Trump collaborators.
