On a very special Black Lives Matter episode of Freeform’s Switched at Birth, the show switches its focus from its main white and Latino characters to feature the stories of 3 black students at University of Missouri – Kansas City. It's about as preachy, melodramatic, and self-important as you'd expect, but it really strains credulity with an unintentionally comedic lecture on media bias.

The third episode of the second season of TBS’s The Detour, which aired February 28, contained bizarre racial tensions and was just downright disgusting. When main character Nate (Jason Jones) notes the abnormality of a friend, Judith, being 12 months pregnant, she spits back at him, “Straight, white, male doctors. What do they know?” Nate responds, “Same thing as gay, black, women doctors.”…

Apparently, the well-known kids rhyme “Eeny meeny miny moe…” is offensive and racist.  At least that’s what department store chains in the U.K. are calling an official Walking Dead t-shirt featuring the children’s rhyme in conjunction with a barbed wire-wrapped baseball bat the notorious character Negan used to kill his victims.

That argument: The economy is "fantastic" already, and Trump will have had nothing to do with whatever economic improvements over what is already "fantastic" we might see.

This week ABC’s Blackish takes on the judicial system and how it relates to black people. If you think that’s a recipe for disaster…you have really good instincts.
