In the realm of bizarre, wacky and just plain stupid things said on ABC’s The View, this has to up there as one of the strangest statements made on this show recently. While discussing President Trump’s address to the United Nations September 19, the hosts took pause to wonder if Trump had a “strategy” in calling Kim Jong Un “Rocket Man” because it was a “phallic” symbol.

Following President Trump’s forceful speech to the United Nations on Tuesday, Wednesday’s network morning shows all rushed to find Democrats like Hillary Clinton and Leon Panetta to blast the address as “dangerous,” “out of place” and a push to “threaten war.”  

In his first speech to the United Nations on Tuesday, President Trump put the rogue regimes of Iran and North Korea on notice by calling on the world to stand up to their threatening ways. But NBC Nightly News took exception to Trump’s targeting of Iran and defended them in an interview Anchor Lester Holt had with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.

From the moment President Trump’s Tuesday speech to the United Nations General Assembly ended, CNN made clear that they would be providing the liberal, pro-Obama response, lambasting his remarks as contradictory, “dark,” “frightening,” “incoherent,” and even weak. Remember all the recent caterwauling about President Donald Trump's policy towards North Korea in the mainstream media in general and at CNN in particular?
