On Wednesday’s CBS Mornings and Thursday’s NBC Today show, hosts fretted over mask mandates being lifted across the country as COVID numbers sharply decline. Jittery anchors feared that the easing of pandemic restrictions “triggers” some people and even suggested they themselves might “wear a mask forever now” in certain settings, like public transportation.

The Washington Post took advantage of the allegedly hacked data of individuals throughout the United States who donated to the Canadian Freedom Convoy and “Adopt-a-Trucker” campaigns through GiveSendGo. The result was a pressure tactic against convoy supporters.

CNN’s anti-Freedom Convoy correspondent Paula Newton was at it again Wednesday as she desperately tried to smear the peaceful Canadian protest against their COVID restrictions. In reports throughout the day, Newton suggested that they should be feared and were a threat to the country. She even suggested that their “civil disobedience” can’t be “tolerated” because “what can happen next?”

Big Tech speech restrictions turned COVID-19 into the most pro-censorship environment in the U.S. at least since World War II.
