Talk about Olympic-sized censorship. Google admitted that the platform demonetized a column from former talk show host Piers Morgan that merely criticized Olympic gymnast Simone Biles for abandoning her team at the Tokyo Olympic Games.

Twitter announced that it is teaming up with liberal news and fact-checking sites The Associated Press (AP) and Reuters to censor content by adding what the platform is calling “reliable context” to trending news.

Jason Miller is pushing back after Politico wrote a “hit-piece” about GETTR, his new social media platform. Miller, who was Senior Advisor to President Donald Trump during both the 2016 and 2020 campaigns, is the Chief Executive Officer of GETTR. Miller says GETTR was founded to stand up against Big Tech censorship.

Apple has removed a dating app from its App Store for violating its COVID policies.  Unjected, a dating app focused on partnering individuals who are opposed to getting the COVID vaccine, was removed from the store. Shelby Thomson, the founder of the app said the removal was deliberate censorship on Apple’s part.

Sky News Australia is banned from uploading content to YouTube for seven days after the Big Tech giant accused the site of violating its medical misinformation policies.
