Anti-Trump Keith Olbermann Ridiculed on Hulu's 'Difficult People'
In contrast to last episode’s expletive-ridden rant against President Trump’s supporters, Tuesday’s episode of Hulu’s Difficult People, “Cindarestylox,” took multiple swipes at avid Trump hater, Keith Olbermann. Olbermann, host of GQ’s liberal web series, The Resistance, has focused on several laughable anti-Trump topics, showcased in episodes such as “Let’s Take a Look at Trump’s Cabinet of…
MRC’s Gainor: ESPN the ‘Extra Stupid Progressive Network’
ESPN isn’t really a sports channel anymore, according to MRC’s Vice President of Business and Culture Dan Gainor.
ESPN has “shifted from sports to become the Extra Stupid Progressive Network,” Gainor said. He told Intelligence Report anchor Trish Regan that the sports network “does not live in the real world.”
‘Feminist’ Sanders Fan Shailene Woodley To Run for Congress?
It’s the creme de la creme of the famous activist dream. To run for public office (and theoretically, to win) would give any budding wannabe a certain amount of public validation. So it should come as no surprise that actress Shailene Woodley told the New York Times that she wouldn’t “rule out” the thought of “maybe I’ll run for Congress in a couple of years.”
Overwhelming Celeb Hatred for Phoenix Rally, Trump A ‘Stupid S***Head'
Whenever President Trump says anything, you can bet that somewhere, some #resisting celebrity is screaming. So it should come as no surprise that some of the bigger names in Hollywood threw an extensive collective temper tantrum to their millions of followers on Twitter and Instagram, directed at Trump and Trump voters.
Freeform's Liberal 'Bold Type' Introduces Black, Male, Conservative
Perhaps the writers at The Bold Type have been reading the many stories posted here on Newsbusters about their extreme leftist slant and inappropriate material for teens and are feeling guilty for their typical, liberal Hollywood ways. Because Tuesday, August 22’s episode, “The End of the Beginning” took a shocking turn for the better by introducing a likeable, black, male conservative character…
ESPN Removes 'Robert Lee' from College Football Broadcast
From the "Hello, darkness, my old friend ... I've come to talk with you again" files:
ESPN has drop-kicked one of its college football broadcasters from the Virginia vs. William & Mary game, on Sept. 2, for no reason other than his name is "Robert Lee." This is no joke. ESPN really is that sensitive and that PC. That childish, too, for that matter.
Marxist Prof: NFL's Whites Racist for Resisting Black Protests
Michael Bennett of the Seattle Seahawks recently called on Whites in the NFL to support Blacks in their protests against racism. The initial response of Whites has fallen far short of what a Marxist university professor considers acceptable and gives him cause to make a case for excessive white guilt. Furman University Professor of Education P.L. Thomas pushed the white guilt angle in a…
It’s Not Just Confederate Statues, But Networks Won’t Say it
President Trump said a lot of things in the wake of the Charlottesville violence, many of them unhelpful. But he got one big thing unequivocally correct when he said of the Maoist statue topplers: “So, this week it’s Robert E. Lee, I noticed that Stonewall Jackson is coming down. I wonder,” Trump asked, “is it George Washington next week? And is it Thomas Jefferson the week after? You know, you…
Salon: Obey the SPLC Guidelines to Deter Trump ‘Threat of Genocide’
The term “genocide” conjures images of World War II concentration camps, Soviet Gulags, gulags, the violence and rioting in 1994 Rwanda or the ISIS purging of Syrian and Iraqi Christians. But Salon contributors Max Pensky and Nadia Rubaii believe “genocidal violence can happen in the U.S. It has happened.” So what should individuals do? Look to the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) for guidance…
'Preacher' Opens With Jesus Sex Scene, Closes With Inbred Messiah
Let’s offer some congratulations to AMC’s Preacher for giving me the fastest, most efficient subject for an article yet. The latest episode featured a subject so embarrassingly crass that I’m shocked I got through the entire episode without slamming my head against a wall. It only takes three simple words: Jesus having sex.
Put a Stake Through Joss Whedon’s Feminist Street Cred
Joss Whedon is a feminist. The director is a paragon of exquisitely progressive feminist sensibilities. He’s a right-thinking social justice warrior who values women as human beings, who believes in pay equality and probably likes to have a good cry.
That’s according to his fawning fans in the media, and Whedon himself, of course. To hear them tell it, the only thing that stands between Whedon…
‘American Horror Story’ Trailer Pours Blood On the American Flag
Just when you thought the media couldn’t get any more profane or irreverent in bashing the patriotic, it got worse. Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story trailer was just released on August 21 on Twitter, and it’s horrific. As promised, the new season, to be aired on FX, called “Cult,” addressed the political tensions between Trump and Hillary. The preview showed clowns putting on masks made in the…
Hypocritical HuffPo Doesn’t Pay Its College Editors
Its funny how the media will never actually practice what they preach. Consider the minimum wage argument. The liberal media has repeatedly endorsed raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour or more. However, in the case of the Huffington Post, at least, theory doesn’t apply to reality.
HBO Comedy Says 'Black People Can't Really Be Racist'
This week, the August 20th episode of HBO's Insecure went from a-little-too-political to being over-the-top in a way that is just lazy. In this episode, Hella Shook, main character Issa (Issa Rae) and Frieda (Lisa Joyce), her coworker at an after school program school, revisit their previous argument over whether or not white people have a responsibility to say something when they see a person of…
