The Elitist Media have mostly avoided having to cover anything to do with massive fraud out of Minnesota. A fresh set of indictments provided the network evening news with an opportunity to do the right thing. A usual suspect failed. 

MRC analysts looked at the week (April 28 - May 5) of coverage since the April 28 raid and found just 2 minutes, 5 seconds (all of it in one segment on the April 28 edition of NBC’s Nightly News) was devoted to the effort to shut down the Somali scams.  

Federal authorities raided over 20 locations across Minnesota, in connection with an ongoing investigation into massive public assistance fraud. The story should have run across all three major broadcast network evening newscasts but only made it to air on one. The Elitist Media does not like this story.

A bill moving through California's state legislature would give taxpayer-funded "immigrant service providers" the power to demand the removal of videos recorded in public spaces that they don't like — and impose steep financial penalties on them. It's a narrowly tailored punishment on "anti-immigrant" journalists. Republicans call it the "Stop Nick Shirley Act."  

Monday’s New York Times gushed: “In This Film About Amy Goodman, Independent Journalism Is the Real Star.” Wilkinson gushed over the politically radical Goodman and her radio program “Democracy Now!", hosted on the far-left Pacifica Network. Yet the paper has spent years ignoring or mocking right-leaning “citizen journalists.”
