Any day now, we’ll learn who Vice President Kamala Harris has chosen as her 2024 running mate. But there’s no suspense about how the media will react, since liberal journalists have consistently praised and promoted every Democratic vice presidential nominee since the early 1990s.

CBS Sunday Morning sat down with former President Barack Obama and rock star Bruce Springsteen for a chummy interview with the two leftists to promote their podcast. It was as gushy and pathetic as you might expect.

Two days after ABC’s Good Morning America and co-host Amy Robach aired what our Tim Graham called an interview with Hunter Biden’s ex-wife Kathleen Buhle featuring “preposterously vague” questions and “carefully curated” answers, Thursday’s CBS Mornings sunk lower in ignoring topics such as Hunter’s infamous laptop and his alleged child out of wedlock.

Gross, uncomfortable and depressing new details about Hunter Biden emerged this week. But did the networks show any interest? No, of course not. ABC, CBS and NBC are still hiding the awful claims about Joe Biden’s son, disturbing details about his porn habits and the fact that his own daughters had to expose his infidelities. 

On Tuesday, the left-wing hosts of CBS This Morning all radically advocated that convicted felons should have the right to vote, claiming that anyone losing that right as punishment for their crimes was “ridiculous,” “mind-boggling,” and “wrong.” They predictably suggested racism was the motivation for the legal restriction.

CBS on Friday finally discovered the bombshell Wall Street Journal scoop that the Biden administration was warned by the U.S. embassy of impending chaos if he didn’t change course. Yet CBS This Morning allowed just a scant 50 seconds on the disturbing development. Still, at least the network covered it. NBC on Thursday night and Friday morning is still hiding the revelations. 

Appearing on Tuesday’s CBS This Morning, retired general and former National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster not only blasted President Biden’s disastrous decision to recklessly surrender Afghanistan to the Taliban but completely blew up the broadcast network’s “false narrative” that the Afghan people wanted the U.S. out. 

The networks this spring and summer blasted states like Georgia for election security laws, deriding them as racist power grabs. But when the deeply liberal and Democratic state of New York suffered a massive debacle on Tuesday, the networks were virtually silent. Monday marked the 21st day of June, a month that Joe Biden hoped would see the passage of his extreme voting rights power grab, as well as a huge infrastructure bill. So far, neither has happened and CBS This Morning journalists began to fret about what to do next. In fact, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki seemed to indicate that the so-called “For the People” act was doomed. …

For all their praise of “bipartisanship,” the media actually hates bipartisanship -- when it’s Democrats siding with Republicans, anyway. The media was in lockstep meltdown mode today, after West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin wrote that he would oppose the massive overhaul of our election system put forward by Democrats called H.R.1 or its euphemistic name, “For the People Act.”

While reporting on Texas passing new abortion regulations designed to protect unborn children, on Thursday, NBC’s Today show immediately parroted talking points from pro-abortion activists absurdly claiming the legislation was “a public health threat.” The network then proceeded to exclusively feature reaction to the bill from those left-wing activists.

Despite his own broadcast having just aired a report detailing how excessive unemployment checks being doled out by the Biden administration were leading to serious employee shortages across the country and threatening the post-pandemic economic recovery, co-host Anthony Mason still refused to accept the reality that big government was causing a big problem.

In a stark contrast to the Biden decision making  blackout at NBC, CBS This Morning on Wednesday repeatedly brought up Joe Biden while talking about the perilous state of Afghanistan as U.S. troops prepare to pull out. In an interview with Robert Gates, co-host Anthony Mason even brought up his epic slam of Biden.
