The argument that CBS is now “MAGA-coded” took another hit on Friday as Evening News highlighted a lawsuit from some Texas moms battling to overturn Texas’s law that requires the Ten Commandments be displayed in public schools. Not only that, correspondent Jason Allen did not disclose that one of the women unsuccessfully ran for city council earlier in the year.

On Thursday, President Donald Trump signed a new executive order banning birth tourism, among other types of what may be perceived as improper grants of birthright citizenship. The Elitist Media Evening News took exception to these orders, which come after the Supreme Court opinion striking down the previous birthright citizenship executive order.

The CBS Evening News eclipsed the rest of the Elitist Media Evening News by casting light on a viral but uncomfortable story: the illegal migrant invasion of Ceuta, Spain via its border with Morocco. ABC, NBC, and PBS refused to cover Ceuta on their evening newscasts.

The contentious Hearing before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs forced the Elitist Media Evening News to devote something more than a brief to the ongoing swirl of scandal surrounding the former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Dr. Anthony Fauci. And in so doing, they reverted to an all-too-familiar playbook: Republicans Pounce. 

Two major stories dropped tonight and as is often the case with the Elitist Media, they failed to make the broadcast network evening news. In both cases, only CBS carried these items.

Disney-owned ABC’s Good Morning America seethed Tuesday over Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt on California primary day, trashing him as a “conservative firebrand” who’s run a “provocative campaign” being such “a vocal critic” of Karen Bass for her handling of the wildfires and “draw[ing] criticism for campaign ads” and “blunt statements” about the homeless.

On Thursday, CBS Mornings echoed a TMZ report that accused Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Spencer Pratt, which accused Pratt of lying about living in a trailer in his lot that burned due to the LA Wildfires, and instead lived in a hotel.
