ABC’s new Match Game has gotten quite raunchy and crude, unlike last week’s show, which was tame in comparison. The celebrity panelists on that aired on April 16th were Horatio Sanz, Niecy Nash, Mario Cantone, Casey Wilson, Lamorne Morris and Martha Stewart. The tone was set when, during the introductions at the beginning of the show when the celebs hold up a card in greeting, Mario Cantone’s…

On the evening of March 31, a gaggle of progressive Hollywood celebrities gathered in New York for the ACLU’s “Stand for Rights” benefit telethon. The event’s Facebook description explained that the actors, musicians and comedians would do “what they do best” – not “speaking earnestly about politics,” but rather “entertaining for a great…

April 3rd, 2017 12:05 PM
Liberal actor Alec Baldwin is very impressed with himself, touting his Donald Trump impersonation as comparable to Jonas Salk “curing polio.” CBS Sunday Morning journalist Rita Braver on April 2 stood aside as heaped praise on his own Saturday Night Live appearances. After wondering if Trump has “gotten mostly positive responses,” Baldwin cheered, “60 to 75 percent of the people I encounter treat…

Bozell & Graham Column: 'Saturday Night Live' Supports 9/11 Killers

March 25th, 2017 7:45 AM
In the stunned aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, America healed in part by tuning in to Saturday Night Live, just a few miles from the wreckage of the twin towers of the World Trade Center. We all felt like New Yorkers and like Pentagon employees after radical Islamic terrorists killed more than 3,000 Americans by hijacking four airplanes.  Now, many years later, the American Civil Liberties Union…

If there’s anything Hollywood loves more than Hillary Clinton, it’s the ACLU. And now that they can’t throw lavish fundraisers for the former Democratic candidate, entertainers can funnel more money to their favorite liberal organization. On the evening of March 31, a group of big name actors will do just that through a benefit performance called “Stand for Rights.”

An irony-ignorant skit on the March 11 edition of Saturday Night Live featured a parody commercial portraying Ivanka Trump promoting a perfume called "Complicit." Washington Post writer Aaron Blake covered the episode in an alleged "Analysis" blog post, yet managed to ignore the February success of Ivanka's product line despite a declared leftist boycott and Nordstrom dropping her brand.

Why the Media Won’t Fact Check SNL Trump Sketches

February 18th, 2017 12:30 PM
Don't expect the media to fact check any sketches painting President Trump in a bad light. Reporters are too busy cheering them on. Remember when Saturday Night Live mocked President Barack Obama? Yes, it did happen. Only the sketches aimed at the first black president were so rare they became a special event, like a holiday of sorts.

Things got messy on NBC’s Saturday Night Live as they demonstrated that BuzzFeed’s salacious claims of Russian blackmail were a hit piece against the President-elect. The season finale of ABC’s Match Game was a good one, with a special guest and a surprise question I never expected. The show brought together uber lefty host Alec Baldwin with special guest former Governor Sarah Palin. Baldwin immediately addressed the elephant in the room, saying to Palin, “I'm simply gonna start by asking you what everyone is dying to know — what the hell are you doing here?”
