Reacting to various indicators suggesting that among Republicans, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is edging ahead of Donald Trump in preference for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, Joe Scarborough on Morning Joe says, "we're going from political heroin to political methadone." 

Morning Joe slobbers over President Biden's G-7/NATO/Putin summit trip. Joe Scarborough says, "I can't think of a more successful diplomatic trip in the 21st century than this one."  And speaking of Biden's press conference after his meeting with Putin, Jon Meacham claims to find "poetry in his prose."

Despite his multiple gaffes at the G-7 summit in Cornwall, UK, Morning Joe bills President Biden as "calm" and the "strong leader" of the alliance. 

In the face of the overwhelming criticism Kamala Harris has received for her failure to visit the US/Mexico border and her disastrously bad answer to Lester Holt's question about her plans to do so, Morning Joe's Mika Brzezinski insists that nonetheless, Kamala deserves credit for going to Central American countries and "getting in the face" of leaders there.

On Morning Joe Tuesday, frequent guest Mara Gay from the New York Times admitted she was shocked at seeing dozens of “disturbing” American flags over the D-Day anniversary weekend. But what was really disturbing, was Gay likening the flag to racist, white nationalism.

The liberal media loves to accuse President Trump and Republicans at large of pushing conspiracy theories. But it was Morning Joe today that pushed a huge one itself: nothing less than that Republicans would steal the 2024 presidential election by altering the electoral vote count.
