Nine years ago this week, President Barack Obama chose to establish formal relations with the Communist dictatorship in Cuba. Instead of worrying that Obama was handing a much-needed and undeserved lifeline to the decades-long Castro dictatorship, the liberal media applauded the “historic” decision.

MSNBC needs to be held responsible for the unhinged hate on its network. Leftist MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell insisted “sociopath” Donald Trump does not care if children die from coronavirus. In the obnoxious Monday night rant, O’Donnell bashed Trump and his Secretary of Education, then gave praise to President Obama’s Secretary of Education.

The Washington Free Beacon’s Andrew Kugle released Friday morning the site’s latest indispensable SUPERcut. This time, the topic centered around the not surprising but nonetheless horribly biased double standard between when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi wagged a finger toward President Donald Trump versus when then-Governor Jan Brewer (R-AZ) did so to Barack Obama in January 2012.

New York magazine writer Gabriel Sherman has been the liberal media’s leading investigator/prosecutor of former Fox News boss Roger Ailes and the network’s settlement with Gretchen Carlson on sexual harassment claims. Now Evan Gahr in the New York Observer reports that Sherman didn’t exactly come clean with readers about lengthy negotiations to get hired by MSNBC:

The revolving door between Democratic administrations, campaigns, and the news media swung once again on Tuesday. A producer on MSNBC’s The Ed Show is leaving the program at the end of the week to join the 2016 Democratic presidential campaign of self-described socialist Bernie Sanders. According to TVNewser, Arianna Jones will “be deputy communications manager for the campaign.”

On Monday’s The Ed Show, Michael Eric Dyson, MSNBC political analyst and frequent guest host on the "Lean Forward" network, used the ongoing controversy surrounding Rachel Dolezal claiming to be African American to deride Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Dyson asserted: “I bet a lot more black people would support Rachel Dolezal than would support say Clarence Thomas.”

Apples and oranges: or shall we say, Harleys and Abrams. What a shame: if only the economy had been better, the rioters would have had more name-brand stores to burn. Seriously, this had to be one of the strangest statements to come out of the Baltimore riots. On this evening's Ed Show, Baltimore Pastor Jamal Bryant complained that because of economic "disenfranchisement," the rioters "could only find one anchor store in that neighborhood" to destroy.

It was a Friday hatefest against Republican Governor Bobby Jindal and other opponents of same-sex marriage as liberal comedians John Fugelsang and Dean Obeidallah joined substitute host Michael Eric Dyson on The Ed Show to spew vitriol because of the Louisiana Republican's decision to back a religious freedom bill in his home state.

A common occurrence on MSNBC's The Ed Show is the liberal host venting all the bluster he can muster against someone who disagrees with him.
