The journalists at CBS on Friday once again plotted strategy with a 2020 Democratic presidential candidate. Talking to Senator Amy Klobuchar, co-host Anthony Mason worried that ObamaCare might be overturned. (Back in federal court again, it faced a skeptical reaction this week from judges.) 

Overnight, the rogue Iranian regime had their Revolutionary Guard spark another international incident by assailing a British oil tanker. It was the latest in a series of attacks by Iran, which included the bombing of several other oil tankers, but ABC News didn’t think it was important enough to tell their millions of viewers about during their flagship morning and evening newscasts on Thursday.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement were reportedly set to fan out across the country and roundup some 2,000 illegal immigrants for deportation on Sunday. So, the liberal broadcast networks did everything they could Thursday evening to get the word out and educate people on how to evade ICE officials. In the process, they suggested Trump was trying to terrorize communities.

CBS This Morning on Thursday scored an exclusive interview with Tom Steyer, a newly announced Democratic presidential candidate, yet never once managed to refer to him as progressive or liberal. Instead, he is simply a “billionaire activist” who also is leading an expensive campaign to impeach Donald Trump.

On June 13, 2017, ABC’s World News Tonight, CBS Evening News, and NBC Nightly News spent a combined seven minutes (6 minutes, 59 seconds) playing up and glorifying the ill-fated lawsuit. Who better to interview Michelle Obama than CBS’s Gayle King? After all, the CBS This Morning host is a Democratic donor (including thousands to Barack Obama. She’s a close friend of the Obamas and even vacationed with the couple in 2017. So on Saturday, it shouldn't be surprising that the powerful journalist agreed that Barack Obama was scandal-free. 

Appearing on Friday’s CBS This Morning to analyze President Trump’s July 4th address, Face the Nation moderator Margaret Brennan thought it was “unusual” that the event was actually “unifying.” She also complained that Trump “overemphasized America’s military might” throughout the speech.
