Tuesday was National Equal Pay Day and, in a nod to the liberal trope that there is rampant pay inequity among men and women, Freeform’s Good Trouble brought a young female engineer’s scheme to expose her male bosses online in an effort to even the score to a conclusion.

MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews closed Tuesday’s program by reminding viewers that, while he’s a cartoonish rich, white liberal, he’s still more of Democrat from yesteryear given his career on the Hill and in the White House as opposed to a rabid socialist. Matthews illustrated that by reminding 2020 Democrats that their far-left proposals might not fly in a general election.

Well the Left couldn't nail President Donald Trump on Russia, but Rick Reilly, a former Sports Illustrated writer who now writes books and movies, got him on golf. Reilly's book, "Commander In Cheat: How Golf Explains Trump" is an exposé on the president's golf exploits. Reilly has also challenged President Trump to a golf match without the help of his "cheating caddies."  

For days now, former Vice President Joe Biden has been buried underneath accusations of inappropriate physical contact with at least two women and a pile of highly questionable photos of him touching women who appeared to be uncomfortable. During an interview with Washington State Governor and 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Jay Inslee on Tuesday, MSNBC anchor Andrea Mitchell thanked him for focusing his campaign entirely on climate change. In return, Inslee praised NBC weatherman Al Roker for traveling to Alaska and producing a series of alarmist reports about the issue.

In an exciting twist, CNN International anchor Christian Amanpour’s recent interview of James Comey ended up revealing more about Amanpour’s own wacky political beliefs than it did about the former FBI director. At one point, Amanpour left Comey momentarily stunned when she inquired whether the FBI should have “allowed” Trump supporters to chant “lock her up” during the 2016 election.

The flood tide of illegal immigrants crossing our southern border cannot and must not continue. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has said of it, “The system is broken and overwhelmed. It is a national emergency.” The definition of emergency might help focus attention: “A sudden, urgent, usually unexpected occurrence or occasion requiring immediate action.”

It is possible to devote extensive coverage to a major Democratic scandal. CBS proved it over the last three days. Since Sunday morning, Gayle King on various programs interviewed the two women accusing Virginia’s Lieutenant Governor for over 33 minutes. In the same span of time, ABC and NBC offered no coverage to the claims of sexual abuse and rape against the politician. 

On Monday and Tuesday, NBC weatherman Al Roker reported live from Utqiagvik, Alaska, the northernmost town in the United States, labeling it “ground zero for climate change.” Throughout the segment, Roker implored the nation to “make a commitment” to abandon fossil fuels and assured viewers: “This is not a theory, this is reality here.”
