The letter urged the Senator to support the Equality Act, an “anti-discrimination” bill that discriminates against religious views on traditional marriage and biological sex.

On Monday morning, President Trump kicked off his state visit to the UK. CNN New Day provided live coverage of the event, and was sure to bring up the an interview with The Sun in which Trump called Meghan Markle “nasty” in response to comments Markle made about Trump. June is officially “LGBTQ Pride Month”, and the media, Hollywood, and big corporations are loud and proud about it. However, not everyone is celebrating. On Saturday, Rhode Island Bishop Thomas Tobin tweeted a warning to Catholics that the LGBTQ “Pride Month” “encourage activities that are contrary to Catholic faith and morals,” urging Catholics to avoid supporting such events.

The View hosts spent a segment on Monday’s show celebrating June as gay pride month. As usual, the hosts found a way to bash President Trump and religious conservatives.
