New Yorker Melts Down Over 'Racist' Joker, Accuses of Twisting History

The scuzzy new “supervillain” movie "Joker” has caused a strange moral panic among the left, who are equating the empathetic portrayal of the Joker to sympathy for the circumstance of “incels” – troubled men rejected by potential sexual partners. But New Yorker critic Richard Brody found a novel left-wing angle in his attack. He constructs an edifice of racism, plucking specific notorious attacks…

CNN: How Can Fox Corp Boss Live With Himself While Poisoning Society?

During Sunday’s so-called “Reliable Sources” on CNN, the network’s engrained hatred for their far more popular competitor boiled over as senior media reporter Oliver Darcy seemed to lose his wits, lashing out at Fox Corp boss Lachlan Murdoch and accusing him of injecting poison into society. Some have suggested Darcy was asserting that Fox News was the enemy of the people.

GOP Senator RIPS Into Chuck Todd's 'Very Biased' Open, Fight Ensues

Why would Republican appear on the "mainstream" Sunday shows? You could wonder after Sen. Ron Johnson was disgusted by moderator Chuck Todd's "very biased opening" segment on Meet the Press, and Todd openly fought with him and wouldn't let him finish a point as Johnson tried to tell Todd what he should ask John Brennan later in the show. Brennan received gooey sympathy.

WaPo's Dionne: MSM Too Fair to Trump, Must Reject Air for Trump's Side

This might sound like a sick joke—if not a Kafkaesque nightmare—but E.J. Dionne is actually complaining the MSM's impeachment coverage has been . . . too fair to President Trump. Appearing on Joy Reid's MSNBC show today [guest-hosted by Jonathan Capehart], Dionne began by approvingly citing WashPost media critic Margaret Sullivan's column, in which she claims that the MSM have not done "nearly…

After speaking with two of President Trump’s Republican 2020 challengers (former Congressman Joe Walsh and former South Carolina governor Mark Sanford) on CNN’s State of the Union, host Jake Tapper went to one of Trump’s Democratic 2020 challengers, Senator Amy Klobuchar. His goal was to see if the Senator would commit to convicting Trump if the House voted to impeach the President.

ABC Annoyed Senate GOPers Not Prejudging Possible Impeachment Trial

“I would be acting as a juror,” Republican Senator Susan Collins (ME) explained to the press as to why she would not be prejudging President Trump ahead of a possible Senate impeachment trial. But that wasn’t a good enough reason, according to the way the folks on ABC’s Good Morning America were huffing on Sunday.

Washington Post, Cards Pitcher Take Exception To Braves' Chop

The Washington Post on Saturday continued its seemingly never-ending campaign against Indian imagery with a story on a St. Louis Cardinals pitcher who called the Atlanta fans' tomahawk chop "disrespectful." The Post frequently advocates against the Washington Redskins nickname, and with the Cards and Braves hooked up in a National League playoff series, writer Jake Russell lets St. Louis reliever…

CNN Media Guys Love DeNiro's 'Passion,' Pity Voight's 'Indoctrination'

CNN Reliable Sources host Brian Stelter weakly protested actor Robert DeNiro dropping F-bombs on his set last Sunday, but Stelter knew exactly what he was getting when he booked him -- ratings bait for his Trump-hating base. Variety reports that Stelter thanked DeNiro for the "viral moment" at its own Manhattan "power" party. Meanwhile, his colleague Oliver Darcy pitied a Jon Voight video,…

WashPost 'Fact Checker' Tags Schiff with 4 Pinocchios on Whistleblower

On Thursday, we noted the "fact checkers" weren't exactly hounding liberal Rep. Adam Schiff for his false statements about the impeachment attempt and the whistleblower. On Friday, Washington Post "fact checker" Glenn Kessler tagged Schiff with his worst rating -- the "Four Pinocchios" -- after The New York Times reported he and his staff were in contact with  the vaunted anonymous whistleblower…

The Times and Post Push Spygate Cover-Up With Barr Attacks

Once upon a time — in a galaxy far, far away — The New York Times and The Washington Post were the go-to papers when it came to uncovering political scandals. Both papers made a point of running the Pentagon Papers, an internal and secret U.S. government history of  various presidents and their relevant Cabinet secretaries decision-making on American involvement in the Vietnam War. The Post, of…

NBC IGNORES Record Low Employment Rate, New Jobs Report

The jobs report that came out Friday showed that the unemployment rate dropped to 3.5 percent; the lowest in half a century. Yet, the three evening newscasts on the “alphabet soup” networks decided that this historic occasion merited little to no coverage. NBC Nightly News did not bring up the jobs report at all while the other two newscasts spent a combined 32 seconds on the economy.

Saturday Night Live, Cancel Culture, and an Assassination Joke

Cancel Culture types pack an emotional point when they call people out for telling the “wrong” jokes. Marginalized groups shouldn’t be the butt of gags. They’re already at a disadvantage in our culture, and being mocked can only make matters worse. Children like eco-activist Greta Thunberg and Parkland High School students deserve a measure of protection.
