The New York Times Magazine has posted its Sunday cover story on ABC's The View, touted as "The Most Important Political TV Show in America." Behar lamented that Hillary Clinton made a big mistake not coming on the show more than once in 2016 so she could show she was a "gregarious grandma." ABC wanted to help her win, and she didn't cooperate!

Tuesday The View co-hosts melted down over former White House counsel Don Mcgahn defying a Democrat subpoena to testify over the Mueller investigation. Joy Behar and Sunny Hostin compared President Trump to Richard Nixon, fuming that he should be impeached, while Whoopi Goldberg worried that Trump and his supporters wanted to bring back segregation and take away voting rights from blacks.

Monday at The View, the hosts heaped praise on 2020 Democrat candidate Mayor Pete Buttigieg for being one of the few Democrats who agreed to do a town hall on Fox News, this past Sunday. Co-host Joy Behar loved that Buttigieg attacked the right-leaning network at one point, and the other hosts commended the Democrat for trying to reach the other side.

Wednesday at the hot topics table, the hosts of ABC’s The View criticized the abortion banning bill that was passed in the Alabama Senate last night. Co-host Joy Behar cried sexism, while Whoopi Goldberg complained about religion influencing politics, and Sunny Hostin argued with Meghan McCain over the meaning of pro-life.

2020 Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke is trying to win back the media’s favor after Pete Buttigieg replaced him as the media’s favorite shiny new penny. Tuesday, he “re-launched” his presidential campaign on The View, going on an apology tour for not fully acknowledging his “white male privilege,” as he was pressed nearly entirely from the left from the co-hosts.

Monday at The View, the hosts opened by fretting about access to abortion, after Georgia was the latest state to pass a bill which bans abortions after a woman is six weeks pregnant and a fetal heartbeat can be detected.

MSNBC’s married morning hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski were on ABC’s The View today to plug Mika’s new book and talk politics. The most mind-numbing part came when anti-Trump Scarborough, a former congressman who left the Republican party, gave advice to Republicans, as if he were still one of them.

Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) was on The View Monday where he was mostly grilled from the left on Trump’s relationship with Russia, immigration policies, and his rhetoric. Only one conservative question was allowed for the very end, but regardless, the former Navy SEAL held his own against the very hostile hosts.

Mayor Pete Buttigieg’s cheerleading squad, also known as the ladies of The View, praised the South Bend Mayor for admitting he has white privilege during an appearance on The Daily Show. Behar also contended that even poor “white guys” still have white privilege while the rest of the panel gushed over “Mayor Pete,” whom they described as an “antithesis” to President Trump.

The hosts of ABC’s The View predictably went nuts Wednesday following Bill Barr’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee. While tearing into Barr for allegedly “lying,” the hosts had sudden concern for ethics at the DOJ, and eagerly hoped the Attorney General would go to prison for “obstructing justice” and trying to conduct a “coup.”
