All three morning shows on Thursday ignored what could possibly be a tide turning against Democrats in the midterm elections, a reaction connected to the Supreme Court hearings. But even the decidedly non-conservative hosts at MSNBC Morning Joe saw overreach and “media bias” in how liberals have hammered Brett Kavanaugh. 

On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough slams the MSM's "one-sided, biased," pro-Christine Ford coverage of the Kavanaugh nomination.  He says the MSM will be surprised by how Republican candidates will be improving in the polls, in the same way the mainstream media was incapable of imagining a Trump victory in 2016.

On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough expresses real skepticism about the claims of Julie Swetnick, the Michael Avenatti client.  Among other things, Joe asks: "who would continually go to high school parties where women were being gang-raped--and first of all keep going to those parties?"

Morning Joe, normally the go-to place for Trump antagonism, was surprisingly supportive today of the Republican decision to move to a Judiciary committee vote on Kavanaugh next Wednesday, rejecting Dem demands for an investigation of Christine Ford's allegations. On Friday’s Morning Joe, MSNBC host Joe Scarborough slammed Democrats for attempting a last-minute smear of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, pointing to the nasty attack as the reason “why a lot of people just don’t get involved in public service.” He warned liberal lawmakers pushing the vague allegations that they were “only hurting their cause.”

Joe Scarborough has been so opposed to President Donald Trump (as opposed to when he fawned all over Trump)  that he even smeared him a few days ago with the absurd claim that Trump is a graver threat  to the American dream than the 9/11 terrorists. What greater way to honor the thousands of lives lost in the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil than to use its anniversary to slam our current president? Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough apparently thought this was a great idea, when he wrote in the Washington Post  that President Trump is a graver threat to the American dream than the September 11 terrorists.

Appearing as a guest on Monday's Morning Joe, MSNBC contributor Steve Schmidt started railing against Republican candidates running in this year's Senate and congressional elections, applying the words "kook," "nut," "crook" and "weirdo" to several different candidates.
