The New York Post reported late Thursday on a December 8 incident in which CNN This Morning co-host and prima donna Don Lemon allegedly berated new co-host Kaitlan Collins for interrupting him during the show to the point that, according to one source, Collins became “visibly upset and ran out of the studio.”

The media are not trusted. They're not popular. Now, they're not very profitable. The anti-Trump business model is failing, and CNN's ratings are cratering. Last week, they had the worst ratings in nine years, drawing under 450,000 viewers in prime time, while Fox News had over 2 million. 

TheWrap.com reported terrible ratings news under the headline "CNN Just Suffered Its Worst Ratings Week in 9 Years." CNN This Morning also suffered its worst number since its launch just three months ago.

On Thursday's CNN This Morning, co-host Don Lemon went on a rant, describing himself as "riled up" at Florida Governor Ron DeSantis over the Republican's education policies as the CNN host reacted to a report about state schools covering up some of their library books with paper until they can have them screened for appropriateness.

CNN’s new boss, Chris Licht, is looking to counter the narrative that late night comedy is dying by bringing a comedian to the network’s primetime lineup, Semafor reports.
