Bloomberg News co-founder Matthew Winkler came out with one of the dumbest explanations for why consumers believe President Joe Biden’s economy stinks: Blame those darn 2020 “election deniers.”

Friday’s broadcast network morning shows were in a jovial mood as they celebrated a “big win” and “milestone” for America as President Biden and congressional Democrats are set to vote on their “historic” and “massive economic plan” they claim will lower inflation, help save the planet, make prescriptions cheaper, and increase taxes.

CNN’s Matt Egan spun himself into a whirlpool of insanity trying to downplay bad economic growth. The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) reported that Gross Domestic Product contracted 1.4 percent in Q1, which was the complete opposite of economists who estimated a 1 percent increase, a 2.4 percentage point miss. 

In his State of the Union address, President Biden claimed he would, be “the only president to ever cut the deficit by more than $1 trillion in a single year.” While this is technically true, he ignores the fact that the reduction in the deficit will be due to the decreased expenditures associated with COVID-19 relief.
