CBS’s social justice mini-series The Red Line finally came to an end on May 19. It’s just another series that has promoted obvious progressive talking points like cops shooting black people and the “peaceful” Black Lives Matter movement. The final two episodes likewise end not with a bang but with a whimper as they preach intolerance in the name of gay acceptance.

On CBS's Face the Nation, Senator and Democrat presidential candidate Kirsten Gillibrand, a hardcore abortion backer, calls abortion a "life and death" decision that women should have right to make. CBS host Margaret Brennan didn't blink. 

On her MSNBC show, Joy Reid says that recently-adopted abortion laws are "send women back to the Dark Ages," and are essentially "turning all of America into Gilead from The Handmaid's Tale."

Alabama passed a bill outlawing almost all abortions, and the Hollywood Left is furious. Barbra Streisand lamented "The retrograde Alabama criminalizes abortion even in the case of rape and incest. Voted for overwhelmingly by GOP men. Handmaid’s Tale from the GOP."

During an interview on Friday’s New Day with Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, CNN co-host Alisyn Camerota falsely claimed that Democrats support extreme, late-term abortions so close to a woman’s due date, including comments by Virginia Governor Ralph Northam (D) that have been seen by many as promoting infanticide.

Trans people are angry, and this time it’s not with biology. Popular millenial social media app Snapchat has found itself in a bit of hot water over its recent photo filter updates that allow users to change their gender appearance in a frame for giggles. However some earnest trans individuals don’t find it funny at all.

The recent pro-life bills passed in Alabama and Georgia appear to have inspired a new iteration of liberal women proudly sharing their abortion stories. Similar to #ShoutYourAbortion, actress Busy Philipps, who revealed her own abortion as a way to rail against Georgia's Heartbeat Bill, asked women to use the hashtag #YouKnowMe to announce their abortions and "end the shame."

The passage of abortion laws in Georgia and Alabama have caused a flurry of media reactions, including many misleading ones. At least 16 articles claimed or suggested women would be jailed for having abortions, even though the laws’ text is available for all to read, and specifies women will not face prosecution.

A NewsBusters study out Thursday afternoon showed that the broadcast networks loved slapping the “extreme” label on Alabama’s pro-life law, and the same for the heartbeat bills being enacted around the country, while completely ignoring New York’s extreme abortion protections.
