CW’s Supergirl is not just terrible at playing politics but at being subtle as well. First, it showed an image of Supergirl literally holding a flag in a hypocritical attempt to preach unity. Now, it presents the white male conservative-esque leader of an “Earth First” movement as the bad guy. I’ve seen DNC ads less partisan than this episode.

NBC morning host (and former Fox News host) Megyn Kelly controversy is seemingly out at the network, after a politically incorrect discussion of Halloween costumes and so-called cultural appropriation caused outcry -- not at the puzzling phenomenon of liberals demanding Halloween costumes be policed, but at a clumsy comment Kelly made that was quickly spun as racist. On Tuesday night, the writers of New Amsterdam rolled out an old liberal agenda and confirmed our suspicions that they are desperately lacking in creativity. There's no doubt the hit drama is aiming to be the Grey’s Anatomy of NBC. Not only are the writers looking to get in on the medical drama scene so many Grey’s fans love, it looks like they’re also aiming to be as liberal as show creator…
