Occasionally, the cast of MSNBC will view themselves as qualified to opine on what is and is not conservative and Tuesday’s Chris Jansing Reports was one such occasion. Not only did nominal Republican Tara Setmayer declare Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s fight with Disney to be “petulant” and “not conservative,” but also “un-American.”

NBC Late Night host Seth Meyers welcomed Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to his Tuesday show where they teamed up to lament the GOP’s stance on everything from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to guns to wokeness to Hunter Biden to Tucker Carlson, and even the Forest Service.

Roy Wood Jr. kicked off the correspondents and contributors stretch of The Daily Show temp hosts on Comedy Central on Monday with the unoriginal idea that Republicans are racist, specifically condemning the “bullshit coming out of Florida.”

A few weeks ago word broke that a high school teacher in Eugene, Oregon, assigned an activity titled “Fantasy Story.” The assignment, given by Kirk Miller, instructed students to write about a sexual fantasy that didn’t involve having sex. Parents are pissed. 

The lesson here: don’t straddle students. Or don't send your kids to a school where there's the remotest possibility they'll be straddled.
