On Thursday, ABC cancelled the Tim Allen sitcom Last Man Standing, which had been running on the network for six seasons. During the 2012 election, ABC censored a joke on the show calling then-president Barack Obama a communist. And now ABC has cancelled Last Man Standing allegedly because of a dispute by the show’s distributor 20th Century Fox.  

An impassioned Michelle Obama slammed President Trump’s efforts to roll back some of the regulations on school lunches she started as First Lady. Obama stated bluntly that critics to her healthy lunch program simply “don’t care about your kid.”

Apparently, that was the way things went in one CNN panel Friday morning as former CIA agent Philip Mudd suggested that President Trump deserves “a pacifier and a rattle” and be placed “in the crib” while CNN historian Tim Neftali expressed dismay at the United States having become a “20th century banana republic.”

On Friday, NBC’s Today brought on Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd and MSNBC anchor Nicolle Wallace to blast President Trump’s interview with Nightly News anchor Lester Holt. Todd derided the White House sit-down as a “bungling attempt” by Trump to explain the firing of FBI Director James Comey, while Wallace ranted that the entire administration had “zero credibility.”
