This past week, the average price of a gallon of gasoline hit a record high in the United States. Some states are regularly seeing prices above five dollars for a gallon of gas. The country is now regularly experiencing an increase of over four dollars on average. As the midterm elections approach, CNN Newsroom host Alisyn Camerota lamented on Friday that voters appear to have forgotten both President Trump and all of President Biden’s alleged accomplishments.

On MSNBC’s MTP Daily, host Chuck Todd wailed that the Republican Party was “built on a lie” and was “gonna get power based on a lie” in November’s midterm elections. Todd and his panel of liberal journalists were expressing frustration that voters don’t seem to care about the Democratic Party’s partisan congressional investigation into January 6th “at all.” 

Over the past week, CNN and MSNBC have again been demonstrating that journalists and other liberals are not as opposed to gerrymandering as they claim to be -- they just want gerrymandering that favors Democrats.

I really am flummoxed by the ineptitude of President Joe Biden and his chief of staff, Ron Klain. Biden has been a Washington politician for half a century, including eight years as vice president and before that a senior senator.
