Being an election year, 2024 gave the late night comedians an extra incentive to pile on the liberal advocacy. However, there was more to 2024 than just the presidential election, so from the Supreme Court to foreign affairs to the election and everything in-between, here is a David Letterman-style top ten list of the worst moments from the past year from the late night comedy shows.

On Thursday night, the CBS Evening News blasted Trump border czar Tom Homan as pushing an unconstitutional, careless assault on illegal “members of the community,” complete with family separations.  By contrast, NBC Nightly News balanced excerpts of their interview with Homan with reactions from a leftist advocate.

In a discussion on CNN This Morning about the direction the Democrats should take after their defeats, CNN commentator Jamal Simmons suggests that Dems push DEI, because it will make America "more competitive."
