NYT Still ‘Alarmed’ by Trump’s ‘Dangerous’ Move Recognizing Jerusalem

President Trump, fulfilling a promise that other presidents have made but failed to keep, recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and started the process of moving the American Embassy from Tel Aviv. Times reporters were predictably aghast, both downplaying Jewish ties to Jerusalem and warning of violence and endangement of the non-existent "peace process."

CNN's Miller Likens Embassy Move to Hitting Arabs on Head with Hammer

On Thursday's New Day, CNN global affairs analyst Aaron David Miller reacted negatively to President Donald Trump's plan to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital, and, while reacting to reports of violent protests by Palestinian Arabs, hyperbolically likened Trump's decision to hitting Arabs on the head with a hammer.

AP Blames 'Booming Economy' For Spike in West Coast Homelessness

You had to figure that the Associated Press would at some point finally recognize the existence of the nation's "booming economy," at least compared to the historically weak 7-1/2 years of post-recession malaise which preceded it. Well, they're finally doing it — and erroneously tagging it with sole blame for the fast-growing homelessness problem in the nation's three West Coast states.

Nets Omit Embarrassing Failure to Impeach Trump By House Dem

In a brazen move on the floor of the House Wednesday, Texas Democratic Representative Al Green introduced Articles of Impeachment against President Trump. Citing accusations of racism and the mocking of Florida Democratic Rep. Frederica Wilson, the Congressman was only able to rally 57 other members of his party to join him. The embarrassing failure of the impeachment went completely unreported…

As Usual, CNN’s Chris Cillizza Misses The Point

If you’re a conservative supporter of Donald Trump, it’s likely you have your own personal villain in the mainstream media who you love to hate. For me, it’s CNN politics reporter, Chris Cillizza. That’s not to take away from the fine work many left-wing activists masquerading as reporters are doing. But Cillizza takes the cake. He is supposedly a politics reporter and editor-at-large for CNN,…

Pyongyang on the Prairie, Part I

A criminal justice system that operates in the dark is arbitrary, unjust and criminal. In Oklahoma this year, a Kafkaesque set of sealed motions, secret orders and closed-door hearings completely shut out a criminal defendant, his public defenders and the public. A trial judge served as handmaiden for the prosecutors, even failing to notify the defendant and his lawyers of the kangaroo court…

Independence Hypocrisy

Officials in Catalonia, Spain's richest and most highly industrialized region, whose capital is Barcelona, recently held a referendum in which there was a 92 percent vote in favor of independence from Spain. The Spanish authorities opposed the referendum and claimed that independence is illegal. Catalans are not the only Europeans seeking independence.

George Will: Roy Moore Already 'Disqualified' Before Sex Charges

On Wednesday's Morning Joe, MSNBC again gave a demonstration of the phenomenon of right-leaning commentators -- who in some cases actually have a history of being pretty solidly conservative -- failing to insert much in the way of strident conservative commentary into the political discussion during their MSNBC appearances.

Starving the Beast

One way to kill a predatory animal is to deny it sustenance. The tax-cut bill passed by the Senate, if it clears a conference with the House and President Trump signs it, may be the first step toward starving the big government beast. Reporting on the Senate vote early Saturday morning reflected the biases of various media outlets. Predictably, The New York Times and Washington Post characterized…

John Stossel Explains Why 'I Hate The New York Times'

John Stossel of Fox News penned a column titled “I Hate The New York Times.” Stossel says he reads the Times because "my neighbors read it, and I need to understand what they think. Sadly, many think dumb things because most every day the Times runs deceitful, biased stories and headlines that mislead."

Bloomberg Forced to Correct False Trump-Deutsche Bank Subpoena Story

Another day, another major story correction. This time, Bloomberg News, which reported on Tuesday that Deutsche Bank records subpoenaed by Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller "zeroed in" on President Trump's business dealings, now says that the records Mueller requested instead "pertain to people affiliated with" Trump.

The three network newscasts seemed to be doing their best to stir the public up into a full-blown panic Wednesday evening, feverishly slamming President Trump’s decision to move the U.S. embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. They were clutching their pearls as they freaked out about how Trump was “reversing nearly 70 years of U.S. policy.”

During NBC’s Wednesday special coverage of President Trump’s White House address, anchor Lester Holt also covered breaking news about a growing list of Democrats calling on Minnesota Senator Al Franken to resign amid sexual harassment allegations. Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd hoped the move would help the Democrats regain the “high ground” on the issue.

Meltdown! MSNBC Loses It Over Trump’s ‘Delusional,’ ‘Orwellian' Speech

MSNBC suffered a meltdown for the ages on Wednesday afternoon following President Trump’s speech recognizing of Jerusalem as the Israeli capital, unleashing guest after guest condemning the “delusional” and “Orwellian” speech that will cause people to die now that America’s credibility has been “shot.”
