‘Nasty Little Woman!’ Sara Haines FLIPS OUT on Female Republican

October 25th, 2023 1:54 PM

At a late-night press conference to announce that House Republicans had nominated yet another speaker designate, North Carolina Representative Virginia Foxx ABC Capitol Hill correspondent Rachel Scott for asking ridiculous questions; telling who to “shut up” and “go away.” This absolutely triggered the left-wing cast of ABC’s The View on Wednesday, with co-host Sara Haines flipping out completely and demanding the “nasty little woman” be kicked out of office.

“Oh my God!” Haines exclaimed after the edited soundbites of Foxx were shared. There was some confusion amongst the cast about who made the comments, so Haines tried to clear that up, saying, “Her name is Virginia Foxx, she’s a nasty little woman.”

“She's the meanest Republican,” faux conservative Alyssa Farah Griffin added.

Haines proceeded to spout off against Foxx and claim her toddlers were better behaved than the Congresswoman:

I looked up there and I saw her say shut up and I said, one, right away, the words of this are another example of what we -- we can't say shut up in my house. My toddlers don't say shut up.

“That’s so rude! By the way, the lack of decorum and it’s beneath the dignity of that office that she holds!” shouted racist and anti-Semite Sunny Hostin without an ounce of self-reflection.

Farah Griffin continued to be a shill for the leftists at ABC and proclaimed Scott, the journalist Foxx was confronting, “a fantastic Capitol Hill reporter.” That’s despite the fact Scott was a mouthpiece for Democrats who attacked Republicans.

Things quickly went to a racist place when Farah Griffin attacked the white skin of the Republicans at the press conference. “By the way, that whole image reminded me of the scene from The Shining where it's just like all the white folks,” she chided.

Farah Griffin vented that since there was no speaker yet, there was no way for anti-Semites like Democratic Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (MN) to be “censured.” “I think Rashida Tlaib needs to be censured for her anti-Semitic and like lies she's spread,” she declared. But moderator Whoopi Goldberg tried to downplay Tlaib. “It’s hard to be annoyed with one side when you got this going on,” she said, suggesting GOP was worse.

Haines came back for a second round of attacks on Foxx, shouting that she needed to be removed from office. “Well, they may need to find some stamina because that is unacceptable, and that little nasty lady in the front needs to get out of office! Her saying shut up to the reporters. Out!” she exclaimed.

She then attacked the 80-year-old Foxx for her looks, saying she looked like an “online troll” who didn’t care about humanity:

HAINES: That's what most online trolls end up looking like. You end up finding out they're a grandmother, they’re on the school council, they work in their church. That's always what they look like.

HOSTIN: And they always say, “And I love God.” And they always do that.

HAINES: Just not their fellow man.

At one point in all of this, co-host Joy Behar quipped that Haines was “bordering on elder abuse.”

RACHEL SCOTT: Mr. Johnson, you helped lead the efforts to overturn the 2020 election results. Do you stand by that vote?

[Congressional Republican boo]

REP. VIRGINIA FOXX (R-NC): Shut up.

REP. MIKE JOHNSON (R-LA): Next question.

[Transition]

SCOTT: Will you support additional aid to Ukraine?

UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN: You’ve asked your question.

FOXX: You’ve asked your question, go away.

[Cuts back to live]

[Audience shocked]

SARA HAINES: Oh my God!

JOY BEHAR What did she say?

SUNNY HOSTIN: By the way, who was that?

[Crosstalk]

ALYSSA FARAH GRIFFIN: That was Virginia Foxx from Carolina –

HAINES: Her name is Virginia Foxx, she’s a nasty little woman.

FARAH GRIFFIN: She's the meanest Republican.

HAINES: I looked up there and I saw her say shut up and I said, one, right away, the words of this are another example of what we -- we can't say shut up in my house. My toddlers don't say shut up.

HOSTIN: That’s so rude! By the way, the lack of decorum and it’s beneath the dignity of that office that she holds!

HAINES: Sunny, she gets richer. She voted against aid for Hurricane Katrina and opposes abortion. That one I'll forgive her. But she has been against every LGBTQ advancement, opposed the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, voted against Don't Ask, Don't Tell. This woman sounds perfect for the job.

BEHAR: Well, wait a second. The best part about her is that she serves as a chair of the Education Committee.

HOSTIN: Oh gosh.

FARAH GRIFFIN: And by the way, it was ABC’s Rachel Scott who was asking the question, who is a fantastic Capitol Hill reporter. And it's an important question: Did you vote to overturn the election? By the way, that whole image reminded me of the scene from The Shining where it's just like all the white folks!

BEHAR: Here's Johnny!

[Laughter]

FARAH GRIFFIN: This is what drives me crazy as a Republican, is there’s important stuff going on. I want to see an aid package to Ukraine. I want to see an aid package to Israel. I have been beating the drum that I think Rashida Tlaib needs to be censured for her anti-Semitic and like lies she's spread and criticized Joe Biden. But we can't do anything. Instead, we're putting up these people and, by the way --

WHOOPI GOLDBERG: It’s hard to be annoyed with one side when you got this going on.

FARAH GRIFFIN: When this is what we’re dealing with.

GOLDBERG: I mean, it's crazy.

FARAH GRIFFIN: Tom Emmer who was voted out or didn't end up getting the nomination as speaker, the reason he didn't is because he voted to certify the election and he voted to codify marriage.

BEHAR: They don't want that.

FARAH GRIFFIN: What are we doing? The majority of Republican voters support marriage equality.

HOSTIN: Do you think this Mike Johnson has a shot at getting enough votes?

FARAH GRIFFIN: I think purely because of fatigue. I think they’ve all given up and they’re all like, “I guess it’s going to be”—

HAINES: Well, they may need to find some stamina because that is unacceptable and that little nasty lady in the front needs to get out of office! Her saying shut up to the reporters. Out!

[Applause]

HOSTIN: It’s beneath the dignity of the office.

BEHAR: You're bordering on elder abuse.

[Laughter]

HAINES: You know. Sorry, not to interrupt, Sunny. That's what most online trolls end up looking like. You end up finding out they're a grandmother, they’re on the school council, they work in their church. That's always what they look like.

HOSTIN: And they always say, “And I love God.” And they always do that.

HAINES: Just not their fellow man.
