On Wednesday, the broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, and NBC) were again running defense for corrupt New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D); but instead of helping to cover-up his nursing home deaths, they were ignoring claims of sexual harassment from a former aide. They also didn’t care to report on a rally of family members whose loved ones were killed by Cuomo’s order to put COVID-positive patients in nursing homes.
It was the second time the broadcast networks ignored the accusations of former Cuomo aide Lindsey Boylan, who on Wednesday published an essay detailing Cuomo’s alleged creepy comments to her (which Cuomo denied ever happened).
But on Fox News Channel’s Special Report, correspondent Bryan Llenas read from Boylan’s essay:
“‘Let's play strip poker.’ I should have been shocked by the Governor's crude comment, but I wasn't.” That Lindsey Boylan claims is what Governor Andrew Cuomo told her on an October 2017 flight. It’s one of many details Boylan lays out in an essay posted online today.
Instead of reporting on the claims against Cuomo, ABC World News Tonight anchor David Muir was more interested in telling viewers about an American Airline flight that reported a UFO. “The pilot telling air traffic control that a long cylindrical object just flew over the plane. He said it looked like a cruise missile,” he told his audience after teasing it multiple times.
Further, on the claims against Cuomo, Llenas continued to tell viewers about the Governor’s alleged “unwanted kissing and touching,” reporting:
Accusing Cuomo of unwanted kissing and touching, making unflattering comments to women about their weight, and ridiculing them about their romantic relations. Boylan says it was a pervasive culture of harassment normalized by top female staffers. Writing: “His inappropriate behavior toward women was an affirmation that he liked you, that you must be doing something right. He used intimidation to silence his critics and if you dared speak up, you would face consequences.”
Again, not only did the broadcast networks ignore the sexual harassment claims against Cuomo, but they also refused to show the families victimized by his order rallying against him. “Today, the victims’ families and Democratic politicians held a rally demanding a full investigation and congressional hearings,” Llenas added.
“We have been fighting since we received her ashes. Not just on my mother, but for the thousands of seniors that have died in our nursing homes,” Voices for Seniors founder Vivian Rivera Zayas said in a soundbite played on FNC.
Llenas also had some bad news for Cuomo in the form of a possible congressional subpoena: “Fox News Digital has exclusively obtained a letter from Republicans on the House Oversight Committee demanding Cuomo be subpoenaed to testify about his administration's handling of COVID19 in nursing homes.”
It’s also worth noting that back in 2017, Cuomo was accused of not doing anything about a sexual harasser he was informed about. “An upstate New York woman says in a federal lawsuit that she was sexually harassed by a state employee, and the governor knew and did nothing to stop it, allegations the governor’s office denies,” CBS New York reported at the time.
It’s interesting how the networks that worked diligently to hit Justice Brett Kavanaugh with unverified claims suddenly couldn’t find the words to speak about Cuomo. And interestingly enough, Cuomo had demanded Kavanaugh take a lie-detector test.

A former employee is accusing the Governor of sexual harassment. The woman is making her case in a published essay tonight with some very serious allegations. And the Governor is fighting back. Correspondent, Bryan Llenas has this story tonight from New York. Good evening, Brian.
BRYAN LLENAS: Bret, good evening. Lindsey Boylan says that she first met New York Governor Andrew Cuomo in 2016. Then she went on to work from him in 2018 before resigning less than a later. Well, in December, she first accused Cuomo of sexually harassing her for years in a series of tweets. Today, she’s giving details.

In a statement today, Governor Cuomo's press secretary said, “as we claimed before, Ms. Boylan's claims of an appropriate behavior are quite simply false.”
And about that stripe poker comment, four staffers on the October flight say “this conversation did not happen.”
It is the latest scandal embroiling Governor Cuomo, who administration is already facing a reported FBI investigation into its handling of COVID-19 in nursing homes.

LLENAS: Today, the victims’ families and Democratic politicians held a rally demanding a full investigation and congressional hearings. Democratic Assemblyman Ron Kim is zeroing in on New York's immunity provisions that shield nursing home operators from lawsuits and liability over COVID-19 deaths. Kim claims the provisions were co-drafted by Cuomo and industry lobbyist Greater New York Hospital Association, one of Cuomo’s political donors.
ASSEMBLYMAN RON KIM (D): Nursing home workers told the Governor that if they sent COVID patients home from nursing homes, they will die. What was Cuomo’s answer to them? He gave them a license to kill.

LLENAS: And tonight, Fox News Digital has exclusively obtained a letter from Republicans on the House Oversight Committee demanding Cuomo be subpoenaed to testify about his administration's handling of COVID19 in nursing homes. A Cuomo spokesperson says this is nothing more than, quote, "empty political theater and an attempt by Republicans to distract from the congressional investigation into the January 6th Capital Riots."
